this movie tells of the Legion of Crassus which, perhaps, reached China (there are not many historical sources about it so it is uncertain) however we are around the year 53 BC. where only the italics were Roman citizens and 99% of the legions were composed of italics..even if it is just a movie it is so touching to see that these legionaries feel so much nostalgia for their and my country: ITALY

I do hope that as an Italian you know that Rome and Italy are two VERY different countries. Granted they're the same territory, but I don't think the ancient Romans would be satisfied with modern Italy. I of course know too little about modern Italy to even say it. Btw kudos on your username frater, we're both Princeps it seems

Danke für die Übersetzung !!! Subjektive Meinung: Der Film war super, bitte mehr in der Art. John Cusack und Adrian Brody waren eine super Besetzung in diesen Rollen sowie viele der Nebendarsteller. Super Kampfszenen ( incl. Zeitlupen) , zum Glück nicht im normalen hi hi hi Stil. Story zum Nachvollziehen. Liebesschnulzen glücklicherweise weggelassen. Habe zwar Bauchweh bei einigen Szenen aber das Gute überwiegt eindeutig. Absolutes Highlight......diese Hymne hat mich aus den Schuhen gehebelt, schliesse mich Shi an, das wäre eine tolle Hymne Roms gewesen.
