I counted the Southeast mountains area D medals in your video, and you only show 24. There is one missing. I thought I was going crazy because I missed one and then I watched your video again in slow motion and I still am missing one. I decided to count how many you showed and it's only 24. But even so, thank you so much for your guides on the D Medals and Gifts locations.

I found the final D Medal, number 25 in the Southeast Mountains Area. Next to Gohan's house there is a shack. Behind the shack is the final D Medal. I hope this helps!

Me too. Got 19/20 medals. Missing one. [Update] Found the medal in the same spot after leaving the region and re-entering. Hope it helps you too!!
