I'm 2 years late, but I'll leave a note here for the newcomers: After completing the entire Trunks DLC, you can only collect 39 of the 40. After everything is rebuilt, the medals can be found next to or on top of the same buildings. The only thing you can no longer pick up is #11 or #12 (depending on which one you look at). The building that consists of 5 spherical rooms with a green roof, you can still pick up the medal after the story is finished, but you can't take it from the elongated building next to it (which will have a blue roof later) if it has been renovated. If i recall correctly, you can replay the dlc so it resets the world back to when everything is destroyed. Doing that should let you get that one dmedal that's not accessible after the rebuild.

Thank you for the guide. I found that many of the D Medals in the Trunks DLC are in the same spot as the main game. Some of them are in different spots since Trunk's future is different. Your guide was very clear and helpful.

Thank you! Your Video helped me a lot :) I killed the Cyborgs before I start to farm the medals. Now the Towns are rebuilt and the medals are on different locations. I miss the Last one.

You should be able to use the time machine to go back to when the towns were still destroyed.

now that the other dlcs are coming out please make guilds for them as well they do help a lot

Yea, you can use the time machine to go back and get them

Sometimes the D medals don't show up when you scan them and you go cross Mariah multiple times

Good question. Worse case scenario, you can use the time machine to travel back to a time where the buildings are broken still for the ones located inside broken buildings.

That's odd, have you tried leaving the zone and coming back to it? Sometimes the area glitches out.

It could be. I wouldn't stress about it too much. There are way more DMedals than you actually need in the later areas.
