Its definitely gonna be split screen just because of features like solar flare and like losing lock on your opponent and smoke being kicked up from the ground after a blast it wouldn't make sense if they went the xenoverse route

If there *is* going to be local multiplayer it makes sense to me that it will be like the Xenoverse camera too because jump force also did it like that and its the same people making sparking zero right? That's why I agree anyway.

I'm betting on that being what we get, tbh. Sony and Microsoft seem DEDICATED to keeping Split Screen out, so this would be a compromise both sides could work out.

They should do split screen when far away from the opponent then when the opponent is close make the camera mash together

Unlikely, theyve already shown that you can lose track of your opponent If that was the case then if P1 loses track of P2 then P2 would also lose track of themselves 😅

How do you even know if you have lock, seeing how your view (which is P1's) doesnt change? Are your movement inputs relative to P1's perspective?

it's because they recently changed it, they most likely changed it to 2 players before the summer games fest happen (which is an event that occurs tomorrow) either someone is getting fired or it was an honest mistake lol
