In the memorial, if we don't want to include the entire judgement of a case or an observation by the judge.. Can we include only a part of the judgement that's necessary for our issue? And then, can we give ibid and supra if we want to include another part of the judgement? Please do respond...

I have one query..in our college we have to prepare written submission from appellant and respondent side. so is it necessary that in statement of issues, appellant is affirmative in all issues and respondent is negative? e.g. 1. whether delay in FIR? appellant argues that there's no delay and respondent argues in favor of delay.
