Sounds killer. Great playing and demo of this amp... Dr. Z's gear is untouchable.. Best tone and value in amps, bar none. The Ghia is a classic. I saw a band play and dude used a Ghia with a SG junior plugged straight in, was glorious at gig volume. Pure tone.

Excellent demo Adam. You show how a very simple 2 knob amp can preform , and react to input pedals. This amp is for players that want to Plug-N-Play and make music not read manuals and spin knobs.

@@JoePerkinsMusic You might find it's just the ticket. Like if you like your JTM45ish thing, it's not miles away from those tones, but at volumes that are real easy to deal with. It sounds really good quiet and clean, and gradually crunches up as you go louder. I might add that I use a 5751 tube in v1 as opposed to a 12ax7. They are a little cleaner, like 70% of the gain, but they still kind of sound like a 12ax7. Very different from say using a 12at7 (or whatever) and it sort of changes the sound of your amp for the worse. Forgive me if you already know that, but I didn't, and Mike told me to give it a try for fun and it works for me. I might also add that they work really well with a single V30 (go figure), but it sounds fantastic in my 412 with H30's and V30's. There we go on V30's again. ;)

Strats sure are fun. I think the strat magic is in the pickup selector. Board - it's the Voodoo Lab Dingbat. A good size I think, not too big, not too small.
