I guess one way is to take your thoughts captive, when you recognize something that’s dragging you down, (it can be hard to do, no question about it), you have to almost think of it as arresting that thought or feeling, verbally and loudly renouncing it, and replacing it with praise and worship, and it can be quite a battle, I know. I get hit with massive panic attacks, and once your heart rate shoots up, and you’re all alone, it sometimes takes leaving the house and going anywhere there might be anyone else, even if that’s a convenience store at 3am, just to stabilize first and then attack back, because for me, I haven’t mastered praying through it all alone every time. Prayer lines also help. But it’s something we can all benefit from, learning to actively change our physical location, our mindset, and how we talk to ourselves, and of course, how we lean on God, because He wants us to come to Him and lay it at His feet. He says to cast ALL our cares upon Him. And rejoice when we see any tiny sign of a change, even a chaotic one is headed in a new direction (I always think of Elijah and his tiny cloud, it was enough for him to be sure of a deluge), and it’s a good direction if we are staying in His Word. Full armor of God...then the battle...but we’re also promised blessings if we stay in His Word, so we don’t want to fall into the rut of constantly expecting a battle...we should be expecting blessings and rejoicing before we see them, like we do a great package coming in the mail. We may not have it in our hands just yet, but it’s ours and it is on the way...🙏🏼💕

Praise the Lord, if you really want to understand how to overcome strongholds listen to this a lot of times and you will get it!! Around 29 minutes in he begins to give you the answer. It's so simple that you could miss it. I know I almost did. But Hallelujah thank God I'm free! Life and dead are in the power of the tongue. What happens is you will be positive by speaking Gods word 1 days 2 days 3 days a month.. you overcame so challenges but then the guard comes down, think you are free, then here he comes... we have to keep our guard up everyday. He's always waiting for us to slip as simply as not speaking God's word daily over our life regardless of what it looks or feels like!! Speak what God speaks then we think like God...🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 We win! Praise God and be Bless! Eph 6:10-18

What are you trying to say? Have you not read the scriptures of peace in the midst of storms? Even the disciples who went through hell on earth still had peace because that's one of the fruits of the spirit. Real peace isn't about your circumstances, even in the battlefield God says hold our peace.
