Daniel Sugai muchas gracias por sus videos, yo busque en internet en español y no hay información medica en concreto de este producto. le cuento que yo lo use y a los 4 días me irrito y sentí ardor en mi zona del contorno de ojos, yo lo puse ahí creyendo que no me afectaría puesto que es como un protector solar pero aparte use encima mi protector solar de 40 sfp, pero aun así me irrito tanto el contorno como se sensibilizo la cara del rostro, se me ponía roja y como caliente hasta con el acido hialuronico y niacinamida tuve que dejar de usarlo como una semana y después mi piel lo volvió a tolerar pero ya no me lo puse en el contorno de ojos por que permanecieron las molestias casi 15 días mas en los mismos y mucho mas en mi párpado inferior :(

To a certain degree, I'm happy k beauty ...and also in Europe.. products containing retinol are not that popular... at least NOT yet.. anyway Dr.Sugai, I agree with you ... it is a very confusing product that might lead to excessive use of retinol containing products... I mean , we are already sometimes over exfoliating !?... this could be a new trend expecting " quicker results "..???????

I love how it makes my skin look, I feel like my melanin pops more or Collagen I’m not sure but it makes my face feel so good! I use dime size and mix a little with cetaphil moisturizing body lotion 😁

I bought it by mistake. I like its consistency. I use it on my hands in the morning. But I apply it on my face in the evening - despite the SPF - followed by a more hydrating cream. It leaves my skin so soft.

Neutrogena also has a retinol daily moisturizer with 30 spf. I almost bought it, can you review it please?

I would love to see a review of the new Kiehl's Micro-Dose Anti-Aging Retinol Serum!!

I use their Skin Renewing Retinol Serum + Skin Renewing Night Cream in my PM routine and I use their plain old Moisturizing Cream under my La Roche Posay Antihelios SPF 60 in the AM. :) I'm hoping to add a VitC derivative in my AM routine but The Ordinary's Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate is out of stock. Any other recommendations?

How do you layer the 2 products you use at night?

Did you review the day cream with spf30 and the sunscreen product separate? I got confuse a little bit. Did not notice the transition between the two of them.

I love this, because in fact I *have to*. My skin can only tolerate mostly physical/mineral sunscreen, and this particular product is the only one I've tried (of so very many) that I can actually blend into my skin such that I can achieve a pretty seamless look. Additionally, the texture of this cream and the way it spreads is unlike anything else I've tried----it's so comfortable to use. I don't find retinol irritating in general, probably because I've been using prescription retinoids since I was 18, and I'm 45 now. At any rate, many thanks for the review!

Dr. Sugai do they market this product as a morning routine? I have not seen this one. Thanks 😊

I tried this for a while and the texture is very unfortunate. It's definitely not meant to be worn as a sunscreen.

Please give us more Moisturizers options for combination skin non-comedogenic and no fragrance, over the counter (Cetaphil, La Roche Posay, Aveeno, Cerave, Vichy, etc.) Thank you.

Their spf 30 daily moisturizer didn't hit the spot, the 30 spf didn't work for me.

I would love to see a review of the PM lotion formula. I heard it has been reformulated and it now stings.

Supposedly they changed the preservatives from parabens to ethylhexylglycerin and phenoxyethanol and the HA to sodium hyaluronate.

I know this video is older, but it wanted to chime in. I bought this for my bf because he will only wash his face in the shower in the morning. I cannot get him into a night routine. To help him out, I prioritized sunscreen but also wanted him to get some retinol for anti-aging purposes. So maybe that was the thinking behind this product!

I was very disappointed in this product from Cere Ve!! I love almost all of their products so I felt confident in purchasing this but my skin texture is just yucky after I put this on. It doesn’t not absorb well into my skin.. I hate wearing it, and I honestly would only wear it at night.

I googled this review because I was concerned about the retinol! I wish they’d take it out, it sounds amazing otherwise.

I like CeraVe too, but I tried the non-retinol version of this product (Skin Renewing Day Cream SPF 30) and didn’t like it at all. It was difficult to apply, left a white cast, and pilled badly. I ended up throwing the whole bottle out. Waste of money. 😕

The SPF 30 Sheer Tint (works for all skin tones) is beautiful & the ONLY sunscreen they make which doesn’t leave a white film. I can’t find it at my local Target, so I order on Amazon.

Would you mind telling me where you found it? In the US, the only Skin Renewing Day Cream SPF 30 is the one in the video (there isn't one without retinol). Just curious, I like seeing what our drugstore brands do differently elsewhere. :)

This cream doesn’t soak into my skin no matter how I prepare my face. It flakes off! Anyone else feel this way? I cannot put makeup on with this stuff as it looks caked on my skin. Awful 😣

Could a 9 yo use an OTC retinol sparingly? Like 2x a week? To prevent acne starting.

Unless the child has acne and probably that's not the case until the child goes through puberty (check with their pediatrician at least), then that would be no. Most derms say unless you've been prescribed retinol for acne, you can start retinol sometime in your 20s.

no, dont treat something when it isnt there. acne will always come when puberty hormones strikes.. that's when you go to a dermatologist to treat the underlying cause
