I don’t know if dating different people in the same church is healthy. There’s nothing wrong with dating someone outside of the church and/or outside of your church. Pray and ask God about each date or should you even go on the date. You can learn much about you as well simultaneously observing the other party.

The sad thing is , yes even in the church , young ladies , even those who are in Sunday school are telling me that well nice guys are boring , or if a guy comes across as nice it’s not sincere anyway. We, them speaking want a man with edge, swag , bad boys , rude boys , ruff necks . Moreover, we with experience know how those relationships end up, and the nice guy or the perceived nice guy inevitably finishes last. I’m not talking about the world???????

God has a perfect will and a permissive will most people miss the perfect will ; people interfere with relationships all the time ,sometimes because they are not liked by family or because of appearance ,color or for whatever reason some people just go on and marry someone else and learn to be happy or not. Haman would have tried to stop Esther sooner had he known who her uncle was. Was that a good match to you? She didn't come in looking like a Princess and she was an orphan from a different region.

I love Dr. Vernon and the Word church, but I feel like this viewpoint is from a black man’s viewpoint and to me this is disheartening and very discouraging as a single. I believe that black men are overly sexual and base everything off of this; however in the church and out of the church black people have the lowest cases of marriages and highest cases of divorce. Something is very wrong and I don’t believe it has anything to do with physical compatibility all the way….
