It’s not Keto…. It’s an elimination diet… You get to eat potatoes but no dairy or high carb foods.
Ghee is used alot in Indian food.
Broccoli sprouts are really expensive and hard to find!
Can you eat turkey ground and how is the sweet potato cooked
Can you avoid sweets and snack for the rest of your life? The key is “Rest of your life”.

You slowly and methodically add foods back in so you know how your body reacts to them. Then you can make informed decisions for your healthy lifestyle moving forward.
Title is whole 30, why later part not a healthy way of clean eating of whole 30.
The problem is “what about after 30 days?” It needs to be sustainable

It can be. The idea is to do it 30 days and reintroduce foods to see what your food intolerance are. After you can still eat whole 30 but you know what foods you should probably stay away from.
There is no way this girl was a size 12 and now a 2. I have been a size 12 and I wasn't that heavy and a size 2 would not give her that butt or arms. Better check out these things before you say that. Also she would have to go from an 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 8, 2 is 7 dress sizes and she isn't a 2. So I am doubting this diet
