Still don't get why African leaders refuse to speak solely in their mother tongue, African tongue, in parliament, rather than consistently address the house in a colonial language and what's ironic is the colonizers in the house get to speak in their mother tongue, the colonial tongue. All I see when Africans, aboriginal MP's, speak to other aboriginal MP's in English, is a reflection of a strong colonial history, a eternally colonized mind.

you may not like it however the speaker is following the rules in an unbiased manner. we all would like him to answer but if he does we will be circumventing the judicial system. That has led us to the current state of the country people doing whatever suits them and not the good of the people which is the rule of law. One cannot have a just society without rule of law.
