Is there any dangers? Can I use this on my chest or abdomen? I also think upper back or upper chest may be good for muscle growth and healing. What do you think? I noticed it has a MAX Temp of 159 F. You ever MAX it out? I am curious on the dangers because of this?

Common sense should always be used with any kind of device, but it should be safe at higher temps for shorter periods of time. Should be safe on chest and abdomen, but you should consult your doctor if you have ANY conditions that could be a bad match with the heat. Heating pads are generally very safe though. I maxed it out and used it through a shirt. It felt great. No issues.
