Dr. L. Angshim Dangshawa Maring, IAS is an officer of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) of 2018 batch belonging to Manipur cadre. He belongs to Maring tribe of Manipur. He is the first among Maring tribe to crack UPSC conducted CSE by achieving AIR 517. He hails from Kangoi Khullen village, Machi Sub-division, Tengnoupal district, Manipur. He is a MBBS graduate from JNIMS, Porompat, Imphal.
