America’s favorite intern, Dr. James Kildare (Richard Chamberlain), returns in the second season of his smash hit NBC series alongside mentor Dr. Leonard Gillespie (Raymond Massey). Thanks to IMDB, I found out she was played by Carolyn Jones -- Morticia on the Addams Family. So, yes, the nose is not real.

i remember this episode. before her nose job, she was bright and funny. after, she became beautiful but bitter because she was admired and not before. she worked through it. good episode.

@@ehansen917 In real life when she started out she indeed had a nose job herself. Her much smaller nose was not her (Carolyn Jones)original nose.
