Two questions. 1. Does photobiomodulation therapy help with MN? And 2. What about wearing toe spacers? I’ve been experiencing MN in my right foot for like 3 months n it hurts like a mother 😡. Got it from excessive JumpRoping. So far been nursing it with wearing wide sandals, self massages and calf rolling. Thank you for explaining this alternate therapy technique 🙏
