Einstein said, “Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.”

First I really admire Dr. Joe Dispenza and I listen to all his videos on repeat. He talks about long emotional reactions here, and i do have long emotional reactions cos m extremely sensitive and when u r constantly abused or being demeaned u tend to remain in that state for a long time thats human reaction. Its normal. Infact whats not normal is the person who abused you going back to a state of mind like nothing happened. So by that definition, aren’t narcissistic people supposed to be more evolved as they seem to have shorter emotional reactions and it looks like they completely erase out of their mind that they hurt someone.

Dr. Joe Dispenza has incredible lectures. There’s a lot to unpack there. Narcissist people tend to want to bring you into their world and manipulate your emotions. You can only control your mind and the thoughts within your mind. Meditation can help shorten that emotional response, and help you reset your internal thoughts to where you want your future to be. Best to avoid Narcissistic people who tend to put you in a negative mental state. Be well. ❤️✨

I’m a great fan of Joe, Dr. Joe Dispenza however, he says when you create a routine during the day that’s supposed to be a bad thing - no that’s a good thing but it is not taking over your life. It is just a foundation. It is called “structure”. Structure is not necessarily a bad thing. It is like a trampoline for using your free will to do other things without thinking about the minor thing that is that a part of the structure. Just because I make coffee in the morning and then I have a bite and then I meditate. 30 minutes doesn’t harm it makes me stronger because I know what I’m going to do when I finish that, and I’m going to create stars have my imagination of fly so to speak and get to the drawing board… That is something that I would like to talk to Joe Dispensa to think about think about. . It is a trampoline for our free will the rest of the We all need some level of structure to function and do interesting things in between because this is a given foundation in the structure is no big deal I don’t know how.

It seems your version of structure is elevated and mindful, especially as you carve out meditative time. Joe’s reference of structure in the negative context refers to doing things mindlessly out of pure routine, without taking the time to visualize how you want your day and life to shape into over time. You’re ahead of the curve by a mile.

I operate best with structure (or a system as I like to call it) also. It helps me to focus and stay disciplined.

It’s a constant process of retraining the way you think. Simply beginning to identify when negative thoughts start is a great step, so you can wipe them away to focus on thoughts about the future you want.

How long does he recommend to meditate daily?

As long as it takes to convince yourself to believe in the positive future you want to have. He carves out two hours each morning form 5am to 7am. Doesn't always use it all, but he has 10, 15, and 30 minute meditations to help guide you through the act of thinking about nothing, and then thinking about love and worthiness. You can't meditate too much in practice, so as much as you can afford.

I am super interested in how the study group lengthened their telomeres. I have yet to find evidence of this study. I would love to know the specifics of the study and more-so what the meditation looked like.
