Oh wow~ this was a minute ago! Enjoyed listening for how then applies to now, & compares to all we've learned since. Some things are eternal...cortisol, need for healing/regenerative sleep- as well as how much effort we're willing to apply towards this critical life component. Literally, everything is affected~ all we do/think/feel/expect & accept from life, & from ourselves, from others. God & His creation are AMAZING! Thanks Annette~this was great=)

the news about BDNF and ECT was the most reassuring thing I've heard; a very dear friend who has had multiple psych admissions over the years gets ECT because that's what works for her, and I've always thought it was barbaric. So knowing the rationale makes me feel better about the treatment she's been receiving.

great video Dr Boz. at least twice or 3 times a month, I am up all night and usually on a Friday or Saturday night. I try to sleep, and even take a sleep aid, and I cant' sleep. I don't go to bed until the following night. I work steady afternoons, so I don't get home until midnight about and I am still up until 2to3am, then back up at 1130 with an alarm starting at 1045am. I wish this did not happen, but not sure what to do.

I recently subscribed per a link to keto diet. After watching some of your non-keto videos I find them fascinating like this one:) While science has and may continue to advance (good and bad) there is nothing that compares to nature just the way Father made it for us. Sure there are some basic things like penicillin and the like that have made our quality of life while here on earth better that is really only the intro:) We will never change Father's nature lest we destroy it in the process:) While science continues to try and understand how it all works, it seems to me that more often then not we try to change it to suit our own needs and not his. Often the pursuit of money coupled with our addictive propensities for external gratifications completely misses the mark. Sort of like treating the symptoms while missing the cure:). Wonder what the relationship is between the brain and the soul, perhaps you could explore it in one of your future videos ? Thanks for your time and explanation of complicated subjects into the simple to understand....after all it is all quite simple:)
