OH my Lord God, Christine! Thank you SO much! You're talking to me! ...and surrounded with all these women and nobody noticed the slow slope of letting go, but Yeshua did! He came to my rescue because He knew I was pushing myself to keep going because I love Him and appreciate all He's done and IS doing for me. I confess that I let a very recent heartbreaking thing that happened to me slow me down from doing what God has called me to do. I would have quit in the Garden of Gesthemane. I would’ve saw my closest friends sleeping and would have tipped toed out of the place, but Jesus prayed…. He knew he was gonna be betrayed, he knew the flogging, being punched in the face, the spitting, the false imprisonment, the crown of thorns, the nakedness, the mockery, his beard being pulled off his face, the nails in his hands and feet and being hoisted on the cross were going to happen. I would 100% save myself.Greedy, self preservation is my first breaking point. Jesus endured much more trauma and sorrow that he was sweating blood and yet he proclaimed not my will but God’s will. This exercise revealed to me that my will is my greatest hindrance in loving as Jesus loves. Thank you for this message, it helped me see myself a little more clearly.

That's what I was thinking! I would have 86'd right in that garden, nevermind making it past the hateful pharisees everytime! He really loves us! 💕

I was just telling myself this morning that Jesus Christ accepts me and loves me and to no tryt make people see who I am after a lot of lies that were told and said about me. People that were supposed tbe helping me through hospitals and mental health offices tormented me. Unbelievable right? But it happened. So now Im being healed by the Lord Jesus Christ. It's just me and him together and I do good because Jesus Christ is a wonderful counselor. I'm happy cause I have my own space where I can have peace and rest from the hurt and pain. I do better when I don't look back. Jesus Christ told me My sins were forgiven to go in peace and not to look back. He forgave me TBN.

Don't be fooled or decieved with my last name. I grew up in a Baptist church when I was a little girl. I know the Lord. I read my Bible. That's why Satan and his people hate me cause I don't listen to the lies and deception. Be steadfast, unmovable always abounding in the word of the Lord. REPENT and BELIEVE.. I 🙏 Pray for the sick and I pray for colleges, a college education is what makes the world go around. GOD HOLY SPIRIT is in me. AMEN

HOLY SPIRIT COME

As a former protestant who has converted to Greek Orthodoxy, I'm really tired of hearing Christine Cain speak so negatively of the Orthodox church. Maybe her particular Parish was legalistic or she had a bad experience, and I'm truly sorry if that's the case. But she does not express Orthodoxy well. It is not a legalistic church nor are we required to go through a priest to get to God. I have found the Orthodox to be so loving and gracious and they never criticized me when I was protestant, but I have met numerous protestants who have been quick to judge other christians who practice more formally worship styles. I find this so unfortunate because it only creates division amongst christians.

My one concern about this talk is when Christine ties her personal ministry struggle to the Navy Seals Hell Week. I think it's a great comparison, but her talk kind of leaves you with the impression that a relationship with God or a life of ministry is decades of nonstop "Hell Week" and when we begin to "break", we need to push through it. I don't want anyone to fear that this is ALL it's about. Jesus hasn't called anyone to be on the front line nonstop for decades at a time. So when we break down, need to pull away from ministry, take sabbaticals, need a break from people, run to therapy for healing, escape on vacation, check ourselves into recovery programs, decide we want to serve in a different role or capacity, that is not to be looked down upon as giving up on God or forsaking our ministry. I don't think that was Christine's point but I can see how it can be received that way and I pray that hearers won't fall into guilt and condemnation over a misunderstanding of this message ❤
