Dr Alex George joins Lorraine to talk about the death of his 19 year old brother Llŷr. Back in July Alex, announced that he had lost him to mental health and Llŷr died just weeks before he was due to follow in his older brother's footsteps and start medical school. Alex recalls the moment he got that phone call and remembers Llŷr's life. He encourages other to open up about their mental health and highlights the importance of making tangible change when it comes to mental health support.
