it would be kinda unfair to yoimiya. she just doesnt have any frontloaded dmg like lyney with his skill and burst, or ganyu with her 2-3 instant charged shots at c6. tighnari would be more suited i think

Lyney would win generally but ganyu may win in AOE senarios due to lyney kinda lacks aoe

The pyro crab's shield actually has a "height" that makes Characters like: Mona, Kokomi, and Xingqui have a really easy time breaking the shield of the pyro crab. Xingqiu's blades shoot out really high up making it able to hit the pyro crabs horns, unlike yelan's Ult which despite spawning 1 right above your head actually aims at its body more than its horns. This results in yelan having a hard time hitting its horn. "Oh but her E can hit the horn cause it explodes hydro right?" Well, sadly no... she only hits the crabs body which makes it really awkward to use her against the crab, xingqiu Hits it because his E hits twice and one of them hits upwards which allows him to hit the shield. Kokomi and mona have really big application range with mona's charged and E, while Kokomi's E can just sit on top if it and break the horn cause of how long it lasts. This also makes Neuvillette pretty good against the crab actually cause you can just aim at the horn😅

@@jackic23 although it helps, it sadly is not enough for her to break the shield fast enough, the amount of RNG and Micro management you do to the pyro shield burns through a lot of time.

Ya unfortunately yelans auto targeting for her burst does not aim for the crabs shield hitbox, only for his regular body hitbox, it was totally done to nerf her ability to break its shield.

Believe it or not.... Neuvillete won't benefit from furina as much as he can (at c6) mainly because he kills everything so fast. By the time you get furina's max dmg bonus, everything will be dead. You'd probably have like 45% dmg bonus max at c6 even tho it goes up to 75%

@@eventhoughimaloserandavirg3279 Not quite true. If someone is going to get C6 Neuvilette chances are they’re gonna get C2 to C6 Furina as well. Neuvilette can max out the damage bonus from Furina’s burst by himself with just one charged attack so he can take full advantage of it for the whole duration without much trouble.

​@@whatever3912 I think Wrio's highest dps now is in Melt team, which Furina will not be a part of. His Freeze team is not that great compared to his Melt team. But with Furina, his Freeze team will probably be on par or maybe better than his Melt team.

@@gizdra1128 yeah. Constellation powercreep isnt that meaningful since c0 performances are still pretty balanced, although i think neuvillette is a little bit overtuned with his multipliers. The mouse strat should be patched imo. Wriothesley with his c1 containing three constellations is kinda stupid and just a cheap moneygrab. That constellation was part of his kit, lets be honest.

As a c6 Yelan haver I can say she's definitely a sub DPS and main DPS is not a thing. Just 5 NA with infusion that takes less than 3s to shot aren't enough to be considered a main DPS and staying on field doing physical NA just to proc her burst makes no sense. She's completely designed to do dmg off field while supporting other characters with buffs and hydro aura, you just use her E and c6 shots between rotations. If you guys say that's enough to be considered a main DPS then every sub DPS like Nahida, Xianling or Fischl to name a few can be considered main DPS as well.

Those Wriothesley runs against Childe and in the abyss were absolutely insane!!! I literally can blink and it's over :O

And Neuvilette don`t even have a real team. Current ones are just placeholders till Furina and co step in. Neuvilette and Wriothesely gonna be my first C6R1 event 5-stars i think. I straight out love their aesthetics, animations, character and playstyles. Most unique characters in my view.

Furina and Neuvillette would be cracked. They also have matching aesthetics. I like Wriothesley but he has no place in my Neuvi x Furina team. So I didn't pull. Wish HyV would make more content where you need multiple teams. Most people have a lot of characters benched by now and don't feel the need to pull anymore if they don't absolutely like the character.

@@manimdeadfr at c0 she still is a great cryo support overall, she still provides NA CA buffs on her hold e(a4 passive), cryo dmg boost(a1 passive) and cryo res on her burst uptime. On top of quills being used in the first wrio rotation or ayaka ganyu at that sense. At c0 she's still an incredible cryo carry support.

One thing I discover about these speed runs especially at c6 is that it has gotten to a point where it more about who has faster animation time than dps because removing animation time, they are very close in dps at c6

She has always been a sub DPS, lmao. Why do you think she was considered broken? Because she, as a sub DPS, was beating all hypercarries without dedicated buffers up until Wanderer came out and even then he couldn't beat her consistently. Her sustained damage has always been lower than hypercarries.

Since Wriothesley is a dps, he obviously has more damage,Yelan's c6 makes her dps but only for a few seconds, then she could be doing the same damage with a dps.

I honestly think it's fair to give the draconic stacks to Neuvillette since it's one of his core mechanic.

Neuvillette should 100% be using his stacks, his damage would tank significantly without them (outright losing 60% BASE damage is insane, making it extremely misleading). He'd likely be slower than both Yelan and Wrio without any draconic stacks.

I made the choice to get neuvillete over wriothesely for a couple reasons but I’m kinda addicted to beaming things to the floor, my favorite thing is to find a large group of enemies either in combat events or just in over world and fire venti burst and then beam them, I find it even more satisfying than the ayaka venti combo

I imagine this kind of videos takes a lot of time to make. Great job!

another crazy thing is furina, arguably one of neuvillette’s best supports, hasn’t even come out yet…

exactly, freeze has potential to be the best team in the game, but hoyo counters freeze in abyss nowadays with bosses in each half or just a bunch of weak enemies that dont necessarily need to be frozen

Well it's not like Ayaka's damage numbers were reduced, her burst still shreds enemies to dust. Doesn't matter if enemies aren't freezable, that means I can trade Kokomi in for Mona who will provide more damage.

@@Radi340 honestly it kinda does, the 20% crit rate on frozen enemies is quite valuable, people nowadays have to sacrifice more crit dmg to build more crit rate on ayaka because hoyo is countering freeze. that 20% crit rate could be turn into 40% crit dmg or even atk% which will significantly boost her dmg output on freezable enemies. she used to getaway with 20% crit rate and no higher than 30%, now you kinda have to build her around 50% crit rate for her dmg to be stable

Neuv is just insane. He has just everything needed in this game. No wonder he is the BEST dps in the entire game. NOT only bcus of dmg, ofc. His dmg is still comparable to other 5* dps in the game, or maybe even lower bcus his dmg ceiling is lower in whale investment (cant use bennet, no one-hit nuke, etc.) but mhy compromise it with high dmg floor so lower investment is already very good. Aside from that, he has heals (even tho not perfect) and ease of use. hes just sooo much easy to use. u literally just hold one button 😂😂😂. And being hydro makes him so versatile. He has so much team comp that can use him or can subtsitute other char in a team. Hes just insane mann, i WILL pull him in his rerun, but gotta skip him for now bcus i want to get wrio first

The shield of that crab is on top of its shell a.k.a its horn like things. Doing elemental reaction (surprisingly electro can take down its shield too) aiming it to its two horns (pyro canon?) makes it easier to take down its shield. Tip:- if you have difficulty in aiming for the horn , atk from his front side when he sits/lays down to launch pyro atks, this automatically leads your aim to its pyro shield. (I have tried this with Raiden's burst and yelans burst ..it works well .. I'm not sure about other characters though, you can try it and reply here saying if it works or not 👍) Its also the reason y Neuveillette took down it's shield easily in the above video, as his atks are directed towards it's horns.

The results really surprised me, I didnt get neuvilette because I dont have a character suitable for neuvilette as a support. I am sad that i regret because for not pulling, but even though the one shown here is c6, the results are incredible, it seems obvious that it will turn into a monster with Furina, for the first time I see a character that can surpass Yelan in most parts in c6 comparisons.

Don't get Neuvilette, I got it C1 and I regretted it, because it is very uncomfortable to play on mobile, you have to constantly direct the water jet towards the scattered enemies and that generates pain and fatigue in your fingers.

FINALLY i have waited for long

For Yelan’s run, you can charged shot at the crab’s shield using the breakthrough barb from a charged attack to apply Hydro. Yelan’s Elemental Burst does not target the crab’s shield thing

1m with shield wrio is just insane 🤯

I suspected that Neuvillette is now the strongest main DPS in the game and this showcase kinda proved that. A big thing is that Neuvillette is very powerful even at C0 (although C1 is a significant upgrade) while Yelan needs C6 to even be a main DPS and Wriothesley seems to get a large bump in power from his C6 as he is much less impressive at lower constellation levels. It was nice seeing a DPS showcase again after so long.

Yelan is still the best character here, because she's a sub dps and a buffer, and no even c6 doesn't make her a main dps

i think wriothesley definitely gets much better at c1, c0 is just so clunky to use, his c2 is okay, c4 is emm-okay ig but his c6 is kinda cracked dmg wise

If your standard is C6. If your standard is C0 like me, only Neuvillette has been OP so far. Both Lyney and Wriothesley have been decent, but not OP.

@@haruyanto8085 Lyney is only useful in Mono-pyro. In that team he's great, but it wasn't exactly the most meta-defining team to begin with. With Wriothesley, Ayaka is simply better for freeze.

You know what would be great? And updated guide of artifacts for most of the characters. It's been a long time since some of them were released and I am so lost as to how to equip them with the many options now.

i think C6 Yelan still have the Highest Frontload Damage but her damage tied to her Burst, after she shoot all of her C6 shots, her overall damage decreased by a lot. unlike Yelan, Wriothesley that can work without his burst and have kinda stable damage. Neuvillette is just straight up Monster

Wriothesley not needing burst makes him even better. DPS' who doesn't rely on burst are just amazing in general.

Which is good for c6 yelan. Serve as she should be, a support sub dps with short window, you now can swap to your main dps after that if there is still enemies alive.

@@Kim_Imyoung only for overworld, you never have to worry about bursts in the abyss, which is why some of the strongest characters are burst focused but then again, overworld enemies are so weak one kazuha E will finish the job so no point specifically pulling for someone who doesnt need their burst

You've probably alr been told, but just in case: the pyro sheild on the crab is the red thing on its shell, because Yelan kept autotargetting the body, whilst the breakthrough barbs aoe dmg reached the hitbox (i think) Yelan's burst attacks can't reach the sheild. Neuvillette's hydro beam is so large, it reached the crab's sheild hitbox by accident (You also did aim up with Neuv's CA so yeah) hope it hepled :)

I actually have all 3 and 2 of their signature weapons (Yelan and Neuvillette). 2 of them came unluckily (Neuvillette and Wriothesley) at ridiculously low pulls when trying to build Pity. But watching this makes feel less regretful

Damn. Been playing since day 1. Minimum spender but this is the level I personally know I can't reach! Although I have c5 rizly right now. but damn, i hope i can get his last constellation before the banners ends. Thanks for the vid.
