In the recent DPR Ian's documentary, he has talked abt there's this other side of him which is all black and white.. and this other side of him has a name, he's called Mito.. All his life, he's been trying to avoid and get rid of this dark side of him, but one day he realizess that he must accept it in order to find peace. He realizes that he needs Mito and Mito needs him, to keep everything balanced... Means he needs to overcome all of this to actually "be" himself He also talked abt his journey in life going through anxiety, depression and stress... The reason why the visuals for his music videos are creepy is to portray Mito, his black and white side.. It may not be everyone's cup of tea, but it's him trying to express his inner struggles

@@fayeprime9631 If you watched Higher Faculty's reaction on DPR Ian's So Beautiful, they mentioned that they don't like the visuals of the mv and that it threw them off a bit... And the same concept is being shown again in No Blueberries, which is the reason why they said they're not a big fan of the creepy visuals

The big storyline is about instead of battling the inner demon, he’s accepting this darker side of him, called MITO (the title of his album), so you can see the character in black and white, that is MITO :) like the others had said you can check his documentary, if it’s too long to make a reaction vid out of it, you can just check it yourself so then you’ll get the idea behind his every songs :) also because IAN is a visual director himself and this is his first project, I won’t be surprised if all tracks in his album get an MV or more 🤭 CL is a lady lol, she is in EPIK HIGH’s rosario, she is also in So Beautiful MV for like a split of second, so yeah she’s a part of this storyline too~ if you want to check her out, maybe you can start from POST UP, it’s a short intro, just like IAN’s welcome to the show, but it shows what she’s capable of, from there, you can choose to go to HWA or 5 star. If you want to go on with the DPR universe storyline, then 5 star 😁

CL is the female voice you hear in the chorus. I'd definitly recommend to react to her Solos. "Wish you were here" (a tribute song for her mom who recently passed) and "5Star" (DPR Ian features in the MV) i'd definitly recommend these two. They would surely fit your taste.

He also made a 13 min documentary called “memories in disorder” (this order) He explains what each track in his album means and how they are related. And I realized that the visuals are throwing yall off, but if you watch the documentary, the whole thing comes together and makes more sense. I promise, once you watch the documentary you will never watch his MVs the same way. And i know... “documentary” may sound like a boring 13 min but i swear its so fun and well put together that you wont realize how the time passes. Ive already watched it like 5 times because i cant get enough of it.

Idk about you....but the "demonic" vibe and concept is a true masterpiece. His facial expressions are soooo freaking good. He would make an amazing actor. I love Ian, he's awesome.

He made a 13 min documentary about his recent album and he explains each track and the meaning of them. “Memories in disorder” He also explains MITO and who mito is. He doesn’t really refer to him as his “demon” but more like another person living inside him. I know the song and the visuals are cunfusing but once you watch that documentary, it all comes together. And “documentary” may sound like a boring 13 min but i promise u will never look at this while album and the MVs the same way.

the creepy visuals is because of his album MITO, his songs in the album about the dark side of his whole life as a person that's why the visuals are kinda like that
