It would be Quite adequate For suppression.. A silent. Weapon like this at 600 guards and every time a person Showed himself you fire the rifle. Pretty soon they would all be laying on the ground trying to dig to the other side of the earth. This rifle would require a very disaplined gunner to preserve the barrels..but knowing it was out there..especially if there were 3 of them.. I think it would suppress the enemy quite well.

Not just a dish, but the whole meal!

My brother found the disk and the gun in absolutely rotten condition. We destroyed it because owning it (although not repairable) could be illegal. In Estonia there were great battles during the WW2. We have found countless cartridges, many guns, some in working condition, (destroyed them all), many hand grenades, artillery rounds- those who gave to the authorities to destroy.

Впервые вижу ДПМ 27 с глушителем такой максимум можно было представить в играх кстати о ДПМ 27 за частую модернизированный ДП 27 называют ДП 28 хотя это не так ибо ни когда в принципе Дегтярев не создавал 28 модель ДП единственное что он, сделал это её, модернизировал например возвратную пружину перевел в затворную раму (и да тот хвост металлический над прикладом это она, и есть) и дал пистолетную рукоять а так же упростил разборку и сборку и ещё по мелочи и не только поэтому ДП 28 не было только модернизированный ДП 27 хотя если весьма интересные образцы например РП-46 что-то типо ДПМ с пулеметной летной (его, Дегтярев не собирал если что) который скажу честно такой себе, ленту часто косило иза того что её, надо строго под опр углом подорвать ибо иначе перекос патрона хотя магазин может спокойно использовать а вот единый пулемет (его, уже Дегтярев собирал) вот это интересная тема дело в том, что когда проводился конкурс на единый пулемет в котором по итогу выиграл ПК имел возможность и с ленты и с магазина стрелять к нему прилагался станок да и вообще несколько вариантов сделали этого пулемёта лучше почитать потому что особо объяснить если честно не могу потому что особо не изучал эту тему просто знаю что есть опотные образцы и не только поэтому как-то так.

Idk why but putting a suppressor on this feels like that scene in siege of jadotville where he passes off a dialed marksman’s rifle to take a shot with the Bren and says that the Bren is more accurate

This is one of the reasons I want to get my FFL so bad I’m not only do I want to be a gunsmith and repair and modify firearms. But to be able to own pieces of history and fire them and just get to play with them all around sounds like a lot of fun and a very fulfilling hobby and career.🎉

It's an alignment rod, it helps you make sure the threads are concentric with the bore. It gives a little piece of mind a bullet won't hit your suppressor because it should all be aligned. Thanks for asking! I think it's crazy too! It was quiet too, I fired it once without hearing protection, and it wasn't bad at all.

Hello Stay comment vas-tu?tu as une magnifique collection, surtout ne la vend jamais une DP ça ne court pas les rues 😉 à la bourse aux armes à Lausanne il y avait une (Degtyarev) avec le frein de bouche avec un cône style AKsu74,(Krinkov) , la DT que j'ai eu pendant un moment avait la une crosse rétractable, mais la tienne est customiser magnifique il y a un dicton qui dit que c'est avec les vieilles casseroles que l'on fait les meilleures soupe😅,bef ça devient rare de nos jours de trouver ce genre dans mitrailleuse comme celle-ci d'époque, elle est Chambée pour la cartouches à bourrelet 7,62×39 Rmm, le fait d'avoir un bourrelet ne facilite pas l'extraction de la douille, avec celle que j'avais tirer et que j'avais un bon moment chez moi c'était une DT Degtyarev pour tank qui normalement était monté sur les tourelles de char d'assaut, maintenant une chose que je sais pas est-ce que si c'est une grosse rétractable comme celle que j'ai tiré avec et que j'avais un bon moment chez moi , mais elle tirait quand Rafal, elle avait aussi un pas de vis à la place d'un frein de bouche pour surmonter un silencieux mais pour cela il faut tirer des balles Subsonic sinon silencieux ne sert à rien. J'ai une petite question Stay, si j'ose est-ce votre stand de tir privé parce que si c'est le cas quelle chance tu as un cadre magnifique avec des armes magnifiques, sans devoir faire la guerre c'est fantastique merci de nous faire rêver ça me rappelle des bons souvenirs salutations à tout bientôt, ciao ciao.Pierre👌😉

I have been watching all your videos, and the guns you have are just incredible. You are so lucky you were around when these guns were cheap, and Rare Ammo was plentiful. I know for a fact that i can only dream of ever seeing just 5 of these guns in person. Let alone be able to shoot them

Thanks so much! I really was lucky! I spent an obsessive amount of time searching for rare things, too, but a lot of of it was luck and good timing. If you spend an unhealthy amount of time searching, you can still get lucky. A lot of this I got for a lot less than it was worth at the time, if you keep your eyes peeled, put yourself near a lot of firearms, and most importantly build relationships with people in your area, incredible stuff can fall into your lap. The two best deals I ever got, on my Tiger Dragunov and PE57 it was through friends I had made in the firearms world. I don't want this channel to be like 'look how cool I am with all my stuff', I want people who are into this rare stuff to be inspired to get some themselves. Firearms are specialized enough that they can be like antique dealing, where someone doesn't know what they have and if you put yourself in the right place at the right time, you can get a crazy deal. Sorry this is a super long reply, but I do really appreciate you watching my content, and this is the thing I'm most passionate about. So I love when people share this same interest, because even in the firearms world, a lot of people don't care about the rare stuff like this.

I hate this machine gun after this winter! Our company was armed with both MG-42 and PKT, and this museum exhibit. They often jam, the discs with cartridges are bulky, the machine gun is inconvenient... I hate it. Its place is only in a museum.
