Yea, kids under 12 can't be immunized yet and therefore they are incubators of the Covid virus. They transmit it to other kids or unvaxxed teens and adults who will get sick (or die) because of selfish, irresponsible parents like these who only think of themselves and their OWN kid. They ought to be aware that their 'freedom' ends where other people's health starts. It's people like this is why the virus keeps hanging around and mutating.

You're right - my grandson is going to be fine. But my daughter & her husband could be dead in a few days because of the unprotected children at school. It's simple for those who have this issue with children wearing mask inside the school when they get covid don't go to a hospital. Kids went through a school year wearing mask going to have mask brakes to get fresh air the fact that we show how ignorant this country is that we are willing to argue freedom over safety makes me so angry.

Tell it to my grandson now that masks aren't necessary. He just started school in Lincoln County last week and this week he's diagnosed with the Delta variant. You don't realize the lives you risk are just not your own. I foresee all schools going back virtual because it is getting worse by the day. Many here have the new strain but no warnings have been sent to parents or guardians in regard to the spread.

As a Williamson County parent I am ashamed of the parents behavior on this issue. I am a Republican and I also am vaccinated and am for whatever measures we need to put in place to curb the spread of the virus. Take your child home and let them attend class virtually. Problem solved. Please don’t send them out to become walking virus threats to everyone else. The privilege in this county along with the low IQ is astounding. @@sarahlauren5643 umm hi - good for your best friend and her opinion but I’m just relaying what the actual hospital itself said I would assume that almost of the covid cases aren’t coming in through the ER and are most likely referral cases as most people go in to Vanderbilt for treatment through their primary care. I know this because my wife works as a nurse who has made a much higher said bums her of referrals over the last two weeks ;) For people to believe that every media outlet, even the local ones are taking part in some massive conspiracy is bordering delusion.

Enjoyed the Callie from the valley Mom around the 1:00 mark, but maybe these parents should go visit the local hospital ER’s and see there is no room for their family members.
