As someone who’s done more than my fair share of pyrotechnics in Cali. Good luck getting any of these citations to stick. Even if you didn’t light it you will be cited? Hogwash, Show up to court it’ll get thrown out.

Nanny state. Got to squash the spirit of independence. Save me your excuses of dangers. Freedom is dangerous. Get over it. If you dont like it, then vote against your freedoms.

Whats the difference when Cal-Expo uses fireworks shows and other counties, when neighborhoods uses it is not legal, big brother issuing citations, one way to cover the deficit
