Doyoung fought to have Little Light as the title track, knowing that SM has never done a band concept for a single like that before! He said the moment he heard the intro he got emotional imagining himself singing it and insisted on it as a title even if it wasn’t going to be as trendy or well-liked. The album’s concept is also just so deeply thought out and artistic, he goes into a lot of detail in his promo documentary which shows just how much control he had over the production of the entire thing (down to the doc itself). Would super recommend checking it out, I was also a little cautiously optimistic but this blew my expectations away.

Both mark and taeyeon are doyoung’s favourite singer. Doyoung really wanted mark participate in his album in one way or another since forever. Doyoung mentioned that he likes mark’s singing voice therefore he’s so adamant on making Mark to sing.

Mark, Doyoung and Taeyeon combination had always been Doyoung's dream. He said it was like his dragon ball. Taeyeon has been his most beloved female vocalist since he was young. And he loves the pure sound when Mark sings. That's why he asked them for featuring in one of his songs from the view of a producer. Doyoung's thought and care are so obvious in this album, 10 songs carefully chosen and thought about so deeply. That is so Doyoung. I am so incredibly proud of him. And watching him do this in front of a live band just makes me so happy. Doyoung knows Mark's voice better than most people in the world I imagine. They have known each other for over a decade, they've shared a dorm room, they've toured all over the world together, practiced together for countless hours and do karaoke together with their members all the time. And they also know each other's style so well. It was so cute to see them fit together so completely on their thoughts about the song approach. And when Mark realised Taeyeon had already recorded he got all nervous "Has she heard my part? But I have to redo it!" Adorable!

The fact The one that composed Beginning actually did IU love wins all too ~ he is real genius... for the Title he worked with one LUCY member, Doyoung worked with really amazing people for this album. He thought about everything carefully and even prepared a PPT to the concept He was able to show his ability and his identity, what he really like to do with this album

He puts a lot of input for the whole production. He helped to compose and make the lyrics of beginning. It's an album he made and decided from the craft~ also his vocals!! truly on point for everything

I'm so glad that Taeyeon accepted the song and this dream collab happened. The song itself is so good. Doyoung and Taeyeon's harmonies are so satisfying. Mark add the spice to the song. Definitely my favorite one in the album.

FYI, Mark wrote the lyrics for 'time machine' alone😩 GENIUS LYRICIST MARK LEE!!

He has my favorite voice from nct I can't explain what it is but it's just so beautiful Also I would love if you could check out onewe on dingo they did a rising voice ( I wish it was a full killing voice though but I'm glad we got something) I think you'll really enjoy it!

Loved this collab! Their voices blended so nicely. Taeyeon's voice is like a cheat code for me. When she came in the second verse, I just melted. She sounded so sweet.

I loved this album A LOT. Band music is always for me and i know that doyoung would suit it a lot. I'm glad he went in this direction instead of putlre ballad music for all the album. What score would you give to the full album?

I only really liked From Little Wave and Warmth fully in this album but Mark sounded beautiful in his Time Machine verse and ngl i love me some Taeyeon, that could have been a Mark and Doyoung duet. His verse was the more unique and interesting part of the song. From Little Wave was my favorite of the album bc was the least predictable to me and I knew immediately it was one of the songs he wrote bc u can hear that's his baby in the song.

I saw that one of songwriters in Time Machine is Benjamin Ingrosso. I got so happy because his is a big star in Sweden.
