You left at a good time. The crime has sky rocketed the past year and the homeless people have all come from portland into vancouver its actually insane now. Plus the cost of living skyrocketed. I miss what vancouver was but those days are gone.
6:36 I used to get off the bus here every morning when I was working in Vancouver. These are great videos, thinking about getting a stabilizer so I can do this with my phone.

Nice! I had the pleasure of riding on a C-Tran bus a few weeks ago. The long articulated buses are pretty cool. And yeah its really simple to do this. Just need a gimbal compatible for your recording device, storage and a good computer/laptop for editing

Yeah I think Vancouver has a relaxing atmosphere. Not too much traffic or congestion that day I was there. Reminds me of Salem, Oregon

Take a walk through West 13th over by the courthouse and make a video.... Nope I'm just being sarcastic. Good video, really shows the best of downtown. It is kinda funny how dead downtown Vancouver WA really is, I feel like it simply doesn't match the character of the city as a whole, it's just more historic and with a hipster-vibe. Go to the east side and you really see the vibrancy, like near 164th and E Mill Plain, that's where the action is. Any apartment complex in the areas of Burton/Image/Evergreen on Friday and Saturday nights has streetwalkers that are fun to hang out with, but I know drinking in parks at night with strangers isn't really everyone's thing.
