Boston Downtown Walking Tour 2024 4K HDR | Boston MA USA Night walk

Boston's downtown area is a vibrant and historic part of the city, filled with a mix of modern skyscrapers and colonial-era architecture. Here are some notable attractions and areas you might explore in downtown Boston:
Boston Common and Public Garden: Boston Common is the oldest public park in the United States, offering a green space for relaxation and recreation. Adjacent to it is the Public Garden, known for its iconic swan boats.
Freedom Trail: This 2.5-mile-long path takes you through 16 historical sites, including the Massachusetts State House, Old North Church, Paul Revere's House, and the Old State House. It's a great way to explore Boston's rich history.
Faneuil Hall Marketplace: A bustling marketplace with shops, restaurants, and street performers, Faneuil Hall has been a marketplace and a meeting hall since 1742. Quincy Market, part of Faneuil Hall, is a great place to grab a bite to eat.
Boston Harbor: Explore the waterfront and enjoy scenic views of the harbor. You can take a stroll along the Harborwalk, visit the New England Aquarium, or take a ferry to the Boston Harbor Islands.
Downtown Crossing: A shopping district with a mix of department stores, boutiques, and restaurants, Downtown Crossing is a popular area for both locals and visitors.
Boston Common Garage Theater District: This area is known for its vibrant theater scene, with venues such as the Boston Opera House and the Paramount Center. It's a great place to catch a Broadway show or a local production.
Boston City Hall Plaza: The city's government center, City Hall Plaza often hosts events and festivals. The modernist architecture of Boston City Hall is a notable feature of the area.
Chinatown: Boston's Chinatown is one of the oldest in the United States and offers a variety of Asian restaurants, shops, and cultural experiences.
Financial District: Home to skyscrapers and the city's financial institutions, the Financial District is a bustling business hub during the day.
Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum: Located on the waterfront, this interactive museum provides an immersive experience of the events leading up to the Boston Tea Party.

I grew up in the Boston area in the late 1930's and 40's and the 50's........I've seen every historic site and saw them without paying a single penny.......A trolley ride to anyplace around and in Boston was just a nickle......Small stores on every street were selling cold drinks, candy, coffee, potato chips, peanuts, popcorn, and hot dogs all for 1 nickle apiece....Paychecks weren't big, but when you paid 25 dollars a month rent, there were many NICKLES leftover to enjoy living.....I really miss those days and I go without because my SOCIAL SECURITY doesn't go very far......I'll be 90 years old next year. I hope that everyone enjoys a long life like I did....Love to you all.

I grew up in Boston (born in 1973), left to see the country and the world after turning 27, and now I can't wait to return - lol. Boston is like a Goldilocks and the Three Bears situation... It's not as big and scary as NYC, not as small and insignificant as many main southern and midwestern cities... it's just right! lol New England, in general, is just a lovely and unique part of the U.S., and I've found that most people who hail from the region are more intelligent and have more common sense than the rest of the country! Wish me luck!

Being from New England myself. I agree... love Boston, it's better than NY in my opinion.. not that NY is bad, but I just like Boston better. New England in general has great scenery, plus the four seasons and beaches...can't beat it.

Hello! I took a virtual tour of Boston for the first time. For the first time I learned what the city looks like. It seemed to me that Boston was more like a European city. There are not as many skyscrapers as in New York, so it looks very cozy. And the people are no different from the people in Ukraine. I'm watching from Kyiv. Thank you very much for this walking tour. Great job. Especially at night!🤝😍

What surprises me is the lack of panhandlers, homeless people, loud obnoxious rap music, troublemakers and overall pains in the ass. I've never been to Boston but I am determined to visit soon. Great video.

I still have family members, out there in New England :) I am going to hopefully, one day visit the rest of my family out there . I fell in love with New England when my grandparents told me wonderful stories when living there/visiting there every other year :) I ask my grandma questions a lot about our New England history. I’m in love with it I just feel attached there. Thank you :)

There is a huge underground parking lot below the Boston common. There is also a very large multi-story parking garage in Government center close to faneuil Hall. Those are good ones for tourists. Otherwise, park your car at one of the suburban stations and take the T into the city. The suburban parking lots fill up quickly on the weekdays.
