That was like Brandon in the Milly game. He was down 900K in the first hour and then ran it up to over 2M.. he hit more sets in that session than I’ve hit all year

Most impressive 😎 comeback I've seen in a while! Trick Time earned his respect that night!!

I remember watching this live on stream. Trick add on for like 200k before punting all of it to Mariano's river flush. He then rebuy for 30k and brought his stack up to 230k by the end of the stream. Even though he ended the stream down 13k, it still a win in my book.

@@tylerh1648 Yeah, that's about right. 1/3 and 5/10 are pretty loose at the Lodge, but 10/20 and up are usually tighter, and in 50/100 you sometimes see JJ and even QQ fold to a 4-bet. One night Doug Polk famously folded KK to a 5-bet in 100/200, where the HCL regs wouldn't be able to get it all-in fast enough. (Doug was right too, he was up against AA and the rabbit hunt showed he would have been crushed in the run-out and lost $750k.)

He's more of a luck box than Rampage.

Trick Time only made one big mistake. Betting the 10 on the river against Mariano. An over pair or better isn't folding so it was a stupid bluff. He would have been up about 100k for the session if he didn't do this.

@@christopherton one big mistake. Those two AJ hands were only potential moderate mistakes. What if Dan was shoving with A10 or KQ which is totally possible. Calling with AJ is not as bad here as some people will call all ins with small to moderate suited connectors or sometimes even more random junk than that. At least if you are gonna gamble big pre flop do it with a hand that can potentially win like jacks or higher split/nines or higher wired/pocket pairs even if 3 to 1 dog.

In that hand he is way to high up in his range to bluff. He has much better hands with a lot less showdown to fire a river bluff. Its not a good bluff and when I see one I will call it out.
