You can watch the entire debate on the OxfordUnion YT Channel. But if THIS channel played the entire Murray speech without adding commentary, they would likely get copyright striked...and potentailly required to delete the video, or get their channel demonitized, or worse, cancelled entirely. If you're "intelligent enough to figure out what he's saying for yourself", you should be smart enough to learn about such things so you understand why channels have to clip out sections of videos, add reactions, reviews, commentary, opinions, etc, eliminate audio that might have music in the background, and more. I find it quite ironic that there are already a dozen or so ppl hating on this channel for adding commentary, and who brought them this great speech, but don't give a moments thought as to copyright & other legal issue this channel is abiding by....all you "smart" people have not thought this through apparently.

I'm gay 31 year old man from Norway, 2 years ago I was at my parents house for the summer. I planned to visit friends a few days in Oslo during pride to just meet and go out clubbing. Unfortunately (or fortunately), everyone was busy with work and different summer vacations dates that year so we don't meet. On 25 June 2022, The first shooting happened at the London Pub, Oslo's oldest gay pub and nightclub. A place I've been to many many times over the years, and most likely where I could have been at one point that exact night if me and my friends plans had gone as planned. I saw the barbaric and horrible news the next morning on my parents TV, I was lucky and so was my friends. But not everyone was so lucky, two people were killed, twenty-one people were wounded. Police declared the incident as an "act of Islamist terrorism". The west needs to wake! It happens again and again, contrary after contrary! At this point I'm hoping for a strong Right wing wave take rule of the west, because the Left's "love and acceptance" without "common sense". Will end regardless with people like me thrown off the top of a building to dead, smashed and bleeding on the sidewalk below "in the name of Allah". The Middle East used to have Majority Christian countries and Jews 50 to 70 year ago back in time, no more. Islam rules most of it now, they won and took over with time and numbers. The wast is will suffer the same fate. If we don't start to protecting the wast in the 21s century, from the barbarians from the 7 century and 12 century, and from the madness of the communists, socialists, marxists and fascists of 20s century. I hope we are not too late.

Yes but this all this begs the question : what is/ are the underlying reality (ies) of Islam. Answering that is like reaching a point in the road where a signpost stands- covered in signs all pointing in different directions, but each one labelled" Islam this way" The right / representative / best outcomes for all one is ? The only solution is to do the following. The actions/ way of living prescribed by each arrow need to be traced back to their primary source( " how did this arise? needs to be asked, is this correct etc. ) But here's the nub of the issue. The minute there exists a spectrum of possibile " valid for Islam" options which accepts/ promotes killing people or treating other humans inhumanly...you are in trouble because, ( existentially) helping the poor and killing those who disagree with verses in the Koran=all okay!! Christianity( poor history in some places acknowledged) says "love your enemy. There is no spectrum of choice beyond that. Islam has a problem. And that is I suspect why you will never (?) hear Muslim clerics (?) being quoted on issues around peace seeking in conflicts, treatment of minors women etc. But you will hear Christian leaders speaking. If you don't know what legitimacy is within the confines of your belief system= ouch😊
