Dough 2 ingredients! Save this recipe! A masterpiece of Turkish bread
RECIPE Turkish Sesame Bread.
350 ml warm milk.
1 tablespoon of yeast (10 g).
40 grams of sugar.
Mix well.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Mix everything.
Sift 450 g flour.
1 teaspoon of salt (6 g).
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Put the dough on the table.
Knead the dough with your hands.
The dough is soft and smooth.
Form a ball from the dough.
Lubricate the bowl with vegetable oil.
Put the dough in a bowl.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
The dough rose well.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Put the dough on the table.
Divide the dough into 4 pieces.
Form a ball from each piece of dough.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Leave the dough on the table for 10-15 minutes.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Press the dough down with your hand.
Repeat after me.
Do the same with the rest of the test.
Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
Mix 1 egg yolk, 1 tablespoon milk and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Spread bread with egg mixture.
Draw a drawing on the bread with your fingers.
Sprinkle bread with black and white sesame seeds.
Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
The bread is ready!
