I still remember a guy in the eighties who had a skilled job at Groton building submarines and they asked him why he only worked three days a week: Because I can't get-by on two.

Doug gets paid to dress up what I have been saying my whole life. You can imagine how well liked I might be. He is the best inductive lay mathematician in the world: WHO THE FUCK let you all mate? Not me bro, time to walk the audience. He is the Head Coach of Team Human Punishment.

And they live like much of the world compared to the rich. A serious medical problem leaves them bankrupt.

An American band, can't think of the name now, was rehearsing with musicians from another continent and one the Americans said he was starving. Another band member saw the reaction of the outside musicians who knew the difference between 'hungry' and 'starving'.

Absolutely correct, im from Serbia and we are used to surviving on 400$ a month and its considered normal. Old ladies cleaning toilets for 300$ a month is standard here and Serbia is not even the worst in the world.
