Nico Rosberg has enough class to admit Lewis is the best. Bottas had the effrontery to boast HE was better... and DNF'd (Nurburgring/'20).

That is why he's dominating though. He's one of the best drivers of all time but there's no way he'd dominate F1 if it was a spec series. Literally no one would, it's not possible against a grid as strong as today's.

Him being is the best car is part of the reason for his domination but he deserves to be in that seat because the best drivers get the best cars. If i am a manufacturer and i build the best car, i would want to give my car to the fastest there is on the grid to give me the best returns on my investment. One other thing that people forget is consistency as well as the ability to drive incident free. When was the last time lewis had an incident that damaged a part on his car? All those things add up to cost and the manufacturer considers all those things

Hamilton making a good car, look spectacular.

These races were like goldfish to a shark. Hamilton was perfecting his hunting skills.

Good driver's WIN in good cars but great drivers dominate. Hamilton is clearly better in identical machinery that's why he wiped his balls all over the current grid with the "best" car

It’s simple if was a team manager and I had the fastest car on the grid I’d simply go for Lewis as he is consistent and a genius

Hamilton is a champion racer right from time, minded people knew about & saw him coming. To them it's not a surprise. New F1 fans and old alike with bee in their asses and have no idea about his career chronology are crying about car performance with splashes of hatred/innuendos.

All "Hamilton Haters" should watch this with a hearty meal of Crow.

Lewis is the best on the current current grid. When he retires it will be Verstappen and Leclerc, not just Verstappen but both of them. Leclerc in the British gdp showed he is not scared to battle with Verstappen and he has shown he can match and even beat Vettel.

Exceptional drive by Lewis but cant help to be annoyed by the commentators. They are so caught up in hyping up their driver that they start trash talking the others. "Premat needs to find another sport" what the hell does that mean? Wasn't he a race winner in GP2? Ok you jump in the car and do better. I seem to remember in Formula 1 aswell. Later in the season in 2007 Lewis rookie year they were so caught up in his hype again they started trash talking Kimi and saying he has no chance at the title. Low and behold karma struck in Brazil and their faces malted. Are British commentators always like this?

Is Hamilton English when he wins and British when he loses?

fireblade2681 that 'rule' doesn't really apply to English, I think since because the English capital is also the British capital. Only really applies to non English Brits. Andy Murray for example

@@redluca56 No, they're English if they win, Brits if they lose. If they're Scots, Welsh or Irish, they're Brits if they win, Scots, Welsh or Irish of they lose. It's not *as* bad these days, but it was dreadful when I was growing up (quite a while ago!)
