Walaikum Assalam wr wb Thank you for your time and comment.🙏 Sir for separate billing you have two option. First is that you separately apply for second electric meter and second is to install Sub Meter for upper portion.

Loved the house but terrace entrance is almost ignored plus no gas meters 😢

J Sector. ? It is known as Raja bazar . The price should not be more than Rs 3.50 crore when the buyers have to pay extra around 20 % as taxes. Additionally when the market is depressed the inflated price is not feasible .

@@arkmarketing051 .. Dear you have to agree that your asking price is highly exaggerated and unjustified for Sector J. You are perhaps aware that J Sector is actually not a planned sector of DHA. It was a private society and because of its administrative failure, it was forcibly handed over to DHA. Under the situation I gave you the true estimation of Rs 3.5 crore. Wish you success in your venture

@@charmkhan7381 as you very well know that DHA 2 is highly populated area. Due to its so many facilities. For that reason availability of residential plots and built houses are very low. It’s highly unlikely you will find a residential plot with features. In my videos, I always try to give my own professional unbiased opinion and assesment which does not change the perception and mind of the owner of the house. I always mention the demands which is always conveyed by the owner of the houses, and they are always negotiable, if anyone finds the house attractive.

Thank you for your feedback. Sir it’s DHA Islamabad. And one of the best location + corner house. Yet you can meet and float your offer if you are Intrested. It’s still negotiable.
