The broken paints are not restricted to the cutlass. Vulture and Ares paints are broken as well.

you don't need to log out, just sell, run back to ship, land it close by where it won't be impounded, suicide, sell again don't forget to set your respawn at where you're selling. area 18 is best place to sell fast

@@b2ked that would work but I set my spawn near where I was mining in case I screwed up or lag caused the mining laser to stick on the climb and the rock blows up killing me like it has done a couple of times. Thanks for the perspective though

Was finally about to complete my first delivery mission after like 2 days of glitches and also trying to get it set up for controller and my right stick stopped working. And no it wasn't my controller because the mouse wouldn't work either. So I couldn't pan the cam around to deposit the package or to even see where I'm going. So I was stuck with the package in my hands cuz I couldn't even put it down as that wasn't working. Have had the same issue multiple times while flying my ship where buttons just stop responding. Like I understand bugs but this game has been completely unplayable but I still wanna keep playing lol. Also people destroying my ship in an amistice zone doesn't help. I thought those were safe zones. Apparently I was wrong, lol So much I don't know about this game so far as a noob

So this is why I cant sell RMC from my vulture....for hours at a time.

Try selling at Area 18 TDD, way less of a wait because they will take more RCM than any of the other commodity spots. Super easy to get to from the space port too.

The crappy part of all this is it was a known issue in EPTU.

I don't think so, I believe it creates ghost inventory, like bugged out boxes that aren't visually there but still register in a database, I think it also makes those cargo grid slots not usable as they count as being occupied. I cooked on it a little bit to see if it could go infinite, but I believe doubling is the max, but feel free to experiment!

Would this work with Construction Material? Because i did the HammerHead munching and got like 2mill worth of CM, after selling i couldn't attach to the reclaimers grind. Maybe i still had a second full reclaimer? I didn't know this glitch was a thing and didn't try to sell again.

This is quite high risk for a new player, you may prefer to do it in a group. As you could be easier pickings for Pirates. I did this at Hurston, but You can sell at Area 18, New Babbage or Orison too.

I docked, went to the TDD, found that it was impossible to sell there, as I understood, because there was too much, called a ship, went to A18 and in quantum decided to check the cargo , there was nothing in it... That is, I could not sell in Lorville and besides, my cargo was taken away... What did I do wrong?

You can only sell resources where they have demand.

​​​​@@kaventiaplaysI found out you can sell bit by bit till your cargo is gone then spawn ship and it is all back to sell again bit by bit I use a C2. I will stop doing it when i get the price of a reclaimer and 600i because they stole them of me on patch 3.23.0.

You can also sell the cargo as normal but at your home destination then call your ship out again, take off from the hanger but park your ship somewhere were it won’t be impounded then hit backspace. Wake up in hospital then head straight back to trading terminal and boom, your cargo is there to sell again.

Yep, this is why I've made a point to start ramming everything parked around for fun. The dumpers are destroying the server performance and are going to result in another wipe. Don't particularly appreciate people like this publicly announcing these dupes and making them widespread just to make a few bucks either. Wouldn't have been a big deal had people like this guy not posted it everywhere. Just report it and let it get patched silently... wanks

I haven’t had any luck even after trying different methods. Mine isn’t a rented ship. It’s a loaner c2 for the bmm. Whenever I restart game and call the ship in arccrop by the time I get back to Tdd either the ship has been stored again and the cargo is empty. I have also tried flying the ship out to the space port and back and leaving it in hanger but also shows the cargo is empty. And this is the weird part. When I go to buy more cargo at the facilities it says I still have the cargo. But for some reason I can’t sell it when I go back the second time. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong. Or like you stated it’s a hit or miss and Iv just gotten unlucky all these times lol

I think Area 18 impounds your vehicle, when you get a certain distance away, that's why there are floating ships around.

If you haul cargo of any kind you have to dupe. I had a trade route I like to do after wipes and couldn't because the cargo grid would be bugged (confused) if I tried to put other cargo in without duping. For example, if you sell one cargo at a location and buy another at the same location; the ship's inventory wont show up when you try to sell at the next location. You then call the ship, leave it in the hangar and you will see the cargo you started the trade route with on the inventory grid of the ship. You've lost any cargo purchases afterwards.

Youndo have the option of claiming your ship again and selling once, but it's additional unneccesary inconvenience due to this bug. It's frustrating, but a pain to avoid regardless ofnir you're selling refined ores RMC you salvaged or any other commodity.

Some players would say "Why did you post this in public access, my easy money glitch would be patched out because of you" and I would say thank you for doing this, that's the right stuff to do because that glitch wasnt intendent in game, also i did this run before spending 300k and i forgot to store my ship and when i sold scu i got 1 mil in total and didnt get it why and how that calculated wrong

This is weird. I'm unable to reproduce, but my cargo grid still has ghost cargo. I buy commodity, fly to city, store ship, sell, log out, take ship out, go back to TDD and cannot sell again. Despite this, when I go to buy more commodity, it shows that the grid is full, but still cannot sell when going back to TDD.

Technically it has a few bottlenecks, 1 you can't re-sell the same amount of cargo more than twice (to the best of my knowledge) meaning you need to go get new cargo every 2 sales. which requires some effort / outlay cost. Finally there is a supply constraint, for this to work you need an abundance of available high value goods that you can purchase and there is a demand constraint (if LOT of players are selling RMC it's harder for you to sell). So there are a few limits to the viable maximum sale transaction value, so you'll eventually get to a point where you can no longer double your money. ...But it's still exceptionally profitable.

Cargo is sooo dumb right now, I basically money reset myself twice loosing 100k every time lol. Turns out my cargo grid stops showing up when I store the ship. Reclaiming the ship fixes it but I don't want to spend 20k on insurance or wait 32 minutes so I'll just kick back until the cargo elevators come in.

Inside the ship can have ghost boxes, that take up cargo grid space, but aren't visible. Some people are unavle to replicate other can do it with 100% success rate. Not sure the cause

Unfortunately wait. To the best of my knowledge supply and demand is spread across server so even if you don't see people on your server selling there could be traders, dupers, salvagers etc. on other servers selling, so there is no demand @ the commodity trading terminal.

Pirate day (September) this paint is available, but I don't remember if you also been to beat Pirate swarm.

For some it's still working consistently, I wonder what is different.

I expected it to be fixed in 3.23.1. Also, I haven't checked it yet, but does storing ship back before second sell allow to sell more than twice? I discovered this thing right before 3.23.1, and to me the mechanics looks like this: when you first sell the cargo from a stored ship, it does not update the replication layer. But when you then retrieve ship back, it's taken from the replication layer which still has the cargo. So, in theory, storing it back again could allow to repeat the process again and again.

I didn't know this had the potential to go infinite, but that's nasty. I heard that when the ship is retrieved the boxes aren't visible, so clearly some part of the system recognises they were removed, but others don't. I haven't experimented much with this beyond what I showed in the video, but have some friends that have. I'll be sure to update my findings on the Issue.

Try the skull and crossbone paint on a cutty red or a blue it changes the paint scheme kind of combines layers its very snazzy.

Beryl is the best for this, buy for 2.6K or something, Starlifter with its 522 cargo gets about 3M an hour

So I just had success with my Reclaimer, we chopped up some 890 jumps ,stored ship, sold stuff, went back, recalled ship, parked outside with the other million A2's, suicide, woke up in hospital, went to terminal, anything snapped to cargo grid could sell again, most of the boxes in reclaimer were stacked 4 high, so that doesn't work, but despite their alleged hot fix, its still going strong, at least 15 A2's parked outside A18 to claim to that. Screw them and their million unfixed bugs, low pay missions and high ship prices, dupe away. (you could loose the cargo in an instant from a 29.9k, or other endless glitch anyways) Thanks for your video and tips, really appreciate it.

We've all been there buddy. I feel like a full wipe may have already been inevitable for either Persistent hangar stuff or 4.0 (Pyro) anyway...

No idea, I don't trust bed-logging any more.

Do they not impound it when you head out to TDD? Can you not then retreive the ship again and repeat over and over?

The bug doesn’t come from logging…. You never need to log. Pick up the RMC fly to area 18, store ship sell cargo, fly to microtech land at side entrance where you don’t need to store ship and sell again. The bug comes in when you sell the cargo stored and double it unstored

I’ve been doing this since release of 3.23 after I found it accidentally trying to sell gold at new Babbage. After I sold I went back to SMO-18 to pick up more and realized I had cargo but it wasn’t showing physically in my Taurus. You could potentially do this all at Area 18 if you had a buddy stay with the ship because for some reason when you get so far away from spaceport in area 18 it auto stores your ship

@@kaventiaplays every major city has the same refresh rate for demand, all hubs but area 18 refresh a little more than 4000 SCU demand every refresh. Area 18 refresh same amount of time but over 22k every refresh. Keep in mind you are also sharing that demand with every other server in your region. So all US servers share same, Euro, AUS, Asia. Best idea is to bring up time zone converter on desktop and join servers that are midnight to 5am. The demand issue needs to be fixed to at least the same SCU refresh as area 18 at all other TDDs imo

I dont do space trucking so idk the systems but i am looking to make a quick buck you get more for going to rappel on hurston > A18 > Store Ship, Sell > Take ship back out and fly all the way to microtech new babbage > Land outside and sell again there rather than. Rappel > Lorville on the same planet > Store, Sell > Logout and backing, Sell again? repeat without having to leave the same planet seems faster? Im doing it in a RSI Conni Andromeda so the jump takes a bit to get to NB just asking so i know which method to use to make more moola.

Got 22 millions with Taurus at the beginning and then rented C2, without much effort. Bought the C2 to continue without rent :D I lost my C2 after 3.23.1 update because of a bug when not stored ship being lost if you install the new patch. Basically one bug stole my C2 and another bug returned it. Thanks for your video!

just wanted to let you know navigation in this game and watching videos is super hard, if there is anyway where you can define the map location first before going to it in future videos it would definitely be super helpful

after dealing with not being able to load my ship with cargo unless i claim it and not being able to snap hand loaded cargo im finally giving into the BUG. its faster to log out and back in than claim every single trip...

The log out part isn't even neccesary

I stored my ship, went to sell scraps, there was no demand for it. Went back to retrieve my ship, no cargo on my ship or inventory. Lost 100k, so be carful.

Solve for this is retrieve that ship let it be in the hanger then go to TDD you should be able to sell

Apparently logging out isn't part of the process, infact it might cause problems. (putting you on a different server, but I'm not sure... Maybe they've patched it.

You need to be at a location that will buy the commodity your holding that is also a place that you can store your ship, those are the only criteria I know of.

Huh, I ran into this accidentially with my vulture but figured it was a bug so just reclaimed my vulture. Plus panel salvaging is good legit way of making auec

@@YoDaPro Langrage points, signatures that are divisible by 2000, the larger the better, they tend to disappear at 10 km but if you keep going at slow speed and keep scanning you will find the panels

@@kaventiaplays That was my thought as well, like there's the expectation of loading/unloading cargo manually so selling from stored ships glitches out the cargo grid. Just about every socket in my vulture is bugged unless I sell twice, or abandon > claim > wait. you can see which option is preferable lol

@@FartherGamer no, not storing the cargo would be best, im 99% sure that storing the ship is what causes the cargo grid to glitch and create an invisible non-interactable duplicate. In some cities, leaving it in the hangar and then travelling to the TDD will either autostore or impound your vehicle due to distance from the hangar+ship, (in some extreme cases it gets destroyed, speaking from experience :D )).

you dont even need to go to menu. just head back and throw the ship into the hangar. go back and 2nd sale! Interesting thing: when you dont go for the 2nd sale, you cant use the cargo grid anymore.

Just tried it and still works. However there are 2 main issues: 1. In my first server hop I encountered a CBD entrance with a black wall of death. However on the next server it was there and it still worked to sell my stuff again. 2. It does indeed break your ship inventory so you need to claim it after executing the exploit. Conclusion: It can give you a lot of money since you not only double your profit but everything you invested. However besides the Wall of Death at cbd entrence issue I also read in chat that ppl lost their complete cargo. So keep that in mind when you do cargo runs. Or as stated in the video don't invest everything you have.

@@kaventiaplays Central Business District aka the Trading Place in Lorville. Btw tried the exploit in ArcCorp Area 18. Didn't work just after a Demand reset. So the exploit might have been fixed.

What do they say. cheaters never prosper. Well I tried this and it was not possible to sell the cargo. Not only that after storing my ship and going back and retrieving it having not sold it the boxes are gone in the ship. That caused me to panic slightly as I had invested more than 90% of all my funds. But going to another station I see the cargo is still there it's just invisible. Tried 2 different stations so far and still can't sell my cargo. At this stage I'll be happy just to get my 330K back

Brutal! I have a friend who has been doing it a lot and his money has gone up and sometimes down, hangar bug, crash, pirates. This method definitely isn't without risk.

Last time I did them (a couple of patches ago) they had vastly reduced the amount of illegal cargo onboard. You can still get lucky, but it's nowhere near as profitable as it used to be.

ERTs are absolutely stupid hard right now and really only achievable with a group. I used to do them with C2 running 2 ballistic gattlings, they nerfed the ammo capacity of the guns down to 1800 per gun from 2600 then made them so they overheat. Next the NPC ships do way more damage and are way more accurate than 3.22. First one I tried was in A2 and I didn’t even manage to drop the shields on one ship before I was running away both tail fins blown off and the entire body in the red.

ERTs do drop drugs and especially weevil eggs. Not every time though. Sometimes you need to run 2-5 ERTs before weevil eggs drop but if you get 10 to 20 scu that's a good run. Impossible to do in C2 or M2 as mentioned. I use the Corsair with 4xad5b and 2xm6a and often run out of ammo. It's actually way faster and more fun in a group of 2-3 ships. Bri g a reclaimer along to clean up too 😂

They drop Quant and *WEEVIL EGGS*. Got 14 SCU of weevil eggs from 890J ERT earlier today. Sold for about 1.5mil.

RIP to all the salvagers getting shafted by this. Demand is almost always full and you have peopel sitting by the tdd of most cities even on low pop servers

Yeah, it's a fundamental issue with the cargo, it's a hard thing to avoid rrgardless of if you're a trader or you do Cargo. But the lack of demand on RMC is particularly bad for slavagers.

Sadness. But it depends on if it's a demand issue or SC broke issue. If it's just a demand issue you can try selling somewhere else e.g. Area 18, Orison or New Babbage etc.

Well I managed to sell the cargo but I did not make double. Maybe because I logged in and out multiple times.

OK, good to know, that's new info. I think the logging is unnecessary, but there could be time based threshold for doing a double sale (like database write).

1. Don't go to Rappel (the big amount of 250 NPC's will slow the whole server down. Go to Picker's Field instead, only has about 24 NPC's) 2. You don't have to log out the game, simply head back to the ASOP terminals/spaceport. 3. For the people parking their ships outside and then claiming them, you don't need to do that. Just grab a snub fighter and fly back to it, and do another run. This way you don't have to wait for the claiming of a new ship. And also you don't scatter the airport with abandoned ships, which will also slow the server down. So do us all a favour.

Weapons & armor duping did get pretty silly...

Hope the dupers are crying about not being able to access the game now. No room for idiots who make the game worse for everyone else for their own gain by abusing exploits. Hope the content creators that post videos telling people how to do it get suspended and demonetized as well. Thanks, CIG for actually treating the game like a game and taking action against these people.

What an exploit, last patch I made easy 5m in my reclaimer and regretted doing it, game felt boring.....I want to just grind it out and feel a sense of accomplishment for my work....

Yeah I only did it the times for the video, to showcase it. I have a purpose in the game an earn my way to ships, I'm kind of hoping for a full wipe as earning ships is part of the motivation for playing.

I only made what I showed in the video, making this issue known is higher priority than making Squillions to me. Although I did seriously consider doing to get back an A2... I bought one last patch but it's been wiped from my hangar... To make things worse it used to cost ~5 million, it now costs ~45 million... 😢 But when you have crazy money in the game I feel like there is less motivation to play.

@@spaceman112211 Nah last money exploit they didnt wipe for 3-4 patches afterwards. Every patch there are exploits. CIG collect data. We play test and contribute to the council system. We are all working to make this a better game

According to people in the comments yes, most of the time.

I'm not sure if it's worth investing time into, 4.0 will wipe everything not just money. That being said if you have a juicy cargo double it up.
