@@TheAgingGamer you're welcome broski and my advice for Double Dragon 3 is to always use the cyclone kick especially in mission 1 and then use the nunchucks to beat the boss and then the game isn't so bad. And also i would really like to see your review of Super Double Dragon🐉🐉

This was the first game I’d ever played! Dude we could’ve played through it together using the Switch’s Online NES library! Great video btw! Congrats on hitting 150 reviews! This one is definitely my new favorite!

Don't worry Josh, I play Double Dragon 2 by myself too and also the cheat to get extra lifes works great👍👍 Especially if you want an easier time on supreme master difficulty

@@TheAgingGamer yeah it is pretty brutal at times especially the parts where you don't have much space to move around and there's spikes above you and Abobo in front of you and also the Arnold looking dude

It’s an amazing game and totally in my top 10 nes games. The music is totally amazing and the kick/combo setup feels weird but it’s a legacy from the original beat ‘em up Renegade/Nekketsu Kouha Kunio-kun. DD3 on nes it’s also a very good game. Most people dislike it because of the Avgn and because it’s difficulty, but the gameplay mechanics are very advanced for an 8bit beat ‘em up: cooperative moves (even the enemies can do it!!), wall jump that even now not many beat ‘em ups do, but the stages feels more boring compared to DD2.

Double Dragon II: The Revenge is the best game in the NES trilogy but I love the original the most...it's so hard lol.

I agree. I really like the leveling system in the first game. It was pretty different. Both games are badass. The third one though….ehhhhh….. 😂

Stretching out is very important lol. The helicopter Abobo isn't bloated Danny Trejo, it's clearly steroid Rick James. Cheeseball! I can not get passed some of those crap platforming sections. I gave up on this game a long time ago. The 1st one will always be my fav. Congrats on 150!

Thanks bud! And steroid Rick James…I can see both now. 😂 And those platforming sections are brutal and unnecessary. Considering this game hardly gives you any lives its just too easy to screw up a whole playthrough and one stupid little part

I got it at Hallmark of all places. There’s a button on it too that when pressed it plays the opening theme to the original NES game. Its SUPPOSED to be a christmas tree ornament but the thing is waaaaay too heavy. It would fall off easily. I think it works better as a lil Nintendo niknak. lol
