I think I found a possible easier solution: If the number in the Double click file name matches the number of a video file in the same folder it won't convert. So delete/remove/rename that video file and then when double clicking the double-click file it converts!

@@iixmeel1358 If there is already video converted in the folder, which is usually named zoom_0, you need to rename that video.

So delete/ remove/rename that video file and then when double clicking the double-click file it converts! More explaination : If there is already video converted in the folder, which is usually named zoom_0, you need to rename that video.
