Second P-8A was one of the first ones built. A test bird that still flies out of Pax River, shown by the crash test dummy looking markings on the aft end. It was going up for a functional check flight after heavy maintenance.

Great spectacular Aircraft, the notorious P8 Poseidon, I Guard these badboys at RAF kinloss Barracks for the RAFs Op. Bolt hole, they used sonar buoys to detect enemy submarines etc. And just like its predecessors The NIMROD 2000, has a deadly whack of anti submarine weapons systems, and with AWACS, thats why the raf Regiment is guarding them, because the Mpgs and army guys aren't aware of how serious this shit is. Can carry Harpoons, Mk48, and M50 homing torpedoes. It may not look like it, but the Posiedon is a really deadly hunter-killer.

The British RAF has them now. Double Replacement for the Awacs and Nimrod aircrafts, a major threat to the enemy.
