I get SOO mad when I have a superior army but all my siege keeps getting sniped so I can't actually push. Or when I have a death ball and every time I look at my base I see dumb cav. Absolutely infuriating performance from t90.

Love the fact that you added a pop up that shows what civ bonus you are talking about. Not everyone is an aoe nerd who remembers everything and i really appreciate it.

This was a great lesson in not fighting a losing battle. Your cavaliers didn't accomplish much in the middle, so sending them on a more advantageous mission (raiding) made much better use of them.

I guess you could say Elephant Archers are... BONKERS CHONKERS!!!

Waw GG, it really got to a severely critical point before you were able to push back and get some momentum! It was still looking very dire near the end, those SO nearly wiped out those AE... But the opponents seemed exhausted by that point. The raid in yellow's eco was splendid, big moment for them that yellow didnt see that breach or just couldnt prevent it.

That's a pretty nice map, good for casual games too as nobody can really die before imp. On the Poles vs Mongols on this map, I'm pretty sure Lechitic Legacy winged hussars can slap both mangudai and siege (mangudai tend to clump up). In a team game especially you can then sling the gold to your ally, or just spam trebs.

What brings me in is that I just happened to find your channel a year or so ago and watched some of your videos, I like the way you commentate on gameplay but can make interesting jokes at same time. I don't and haven't played aoe2 for years now but I still enjoy watching. I did join your discord to try to participate in some commie games tho ^^

Personally I think Purple needing to help yellow at the first battle was super important. Cause at that point Purple only had 11 ele archers vs 42 camels and 6 trebs. If purple had crushed green before he could get his mass out you would have lost. But because you distracted and delayed him (even at the cost of 2 castles) it gave green time to mass. He was way more vulnerable at that point of the game then he was at the second point you mentioned.

I really think a couple siege rams made by yellow would’ve had better luck than an extra onager or two. They can render the elephant archers useless for a short time as the rams are so tanky.

If your main role was a treb-killer with cav, you might as well have picked Magyars :)) (but anyways, a beautiful game, one of the most suspenseful I've seen)

As hindustanis, elite ghulams are much much better vs ele archer deathball than imp camels. Found out in similar 2v2.

I think t90 came close to loosing them the game with a really weak comp but ozone was enough to keep it together until t90 could stabilize and pulled it through to the win with the raids

Neither of those civs have halberdier. Honestly, Mongols and Hindustanis are both kind of bad against elephants.

They should ban monks across all tournaments, low upgrade investment. No micro needed. If you turn a couple units you win the game. Total micro needed: put monks behind tankie units and pray for conversions. If successful you win, if not heal units and try again.

So... t90 used mobility on arena? Interesting. Guess you can do that in a 2v2 arena game

Man, camels are so overrated against Elephants. Ghulam and Skirms are much better in this scenario.
