Wow Dr Bimal ! I am so happy because you gave me the last answer to my question relating to the heart. What I advised a patient regarding how to soften the heart muscles was perfectly true.I gave him all the advice and told him to tell his old company that he is resigning because they have over used him mentally working at the computer. I said that he remained sitting almost all the time when he was awake and to tell them that they are responsible for spoiling his health and that's why he is going to the new company so that he can work for only 8 hours and thus will get time to walk daily whenever possible. I told him that slowly your heart will get used to your body's movement and thus will start pumping faster than this will exercise the heart muscles and they will automatically become softer and thus normal. Sir, listening to all your lectures today I can say that I have become a cardiologist too.Thank you very much for all the advice and knowledge about the heart you shared. May Almighty God bless you abundantly and may you be blessed with an abundance in life always.
