An excellent tying video! As a substitute for Medallion Sheeting, I found a brand of flat dental floss (Reach Total Care) that works well for wing cases on small nymphs. It has some texture to it and it takes permanent marker colors well. However, it's not really wide enough for nymphs larger than size 18.

That’s a great looking nymph!What sort of magnification do you use (if any) when tying size 18, 20 or 22 flies?
