Music industry pushes only pop and rap. Or pop artist trying to imitate rock. Teaching young kids those are the only things out there. It is really a bitty. Because there is a whole sea of dreams awaiting. Just need to dive in.

Man, I could listen to that high note at 3:38 allllllll day. It really sucks that so many amazing artists aren't famous, while talentless people get famous everyday because they have looks or money. This woman not only has a god given gift, but she has a love and passion for music that you can feel in her voice. You can tell she's taken time and effort to learn vocal control and perfect her voice. Ugh, she is amazing.

Dorothy for my wife 2020!!

This song gives me goosebumps everytime I play it. I listen to it multiple times a day at work and it's the first thing I play when I walk in the door at night. That voice is definitely Flawless, amazing. I would love to see Dorthoty and Beth Hart collab on a song.

I have lived through the era and was actually out there at the other end of am radio waves listening to a historical amount of music evolution and fruition. I have been alive and was listening when bands like the Beatles , Rolling Stones , Hendrix, Joplin, The Who,Grace Slick ,Van Halen were unknown and experienced hearing them the first time they ever graced the airwaves! I remember the excitement of hearing a new song that YOU dig and can’t get out of your head, become Popular and enjoyed by the masses!! I once again, am feeling that feeling !! Why the HELL is DOROTHY not a household name??!!

This performance is Flawless. This performance of this song is way better than studio version imho, it is sound like proffesional studio recording where they did like 99 takes to make it perfect. Absolutely Gorgeous!

I don’t care for comparing artists/groups BUT.....since Grace Potter & The Nocturnals (GPN) disbanded I haven’t really “felt” like anyone has been able to fill that niche of a “Blended Rock” sound, old & new, in quite the same way. While listening to some of Dorthy’s tunes, this one in particular, that same feeling of energy and soulfulness I used to get listening to GPN struck me.......much continued success!
