It's the long scream, but crystal clear, Angels near the very end that gets me. I love Lzzy and her original music is amazing then she covers some of my favorite songs and almost always makes me feel damn that's better than the original.

Absolutely beautiful. Mark Morton is a beast on any guitar he touches and Lzzy Hale has a beautiful voice!

Lzzy is such a versatile and extremely talented vocalist, how can anyone not be a fan of her work. I'd love to see her do a tribute album of her favorite love/emotional songs from the '70's and '80's. I can only imagine the raw emotion and feel she could inject into classics such as "Always On My Mind" or "I Want To Know What Love Is".

F*** me sideways, I thought Lzzy (sadly) was past her prime already (Slave to the grind live... *drool*), she struggled to hit high notes for some time now.. but this.. just WOW. Amazing. Both pitch and control. Can't wait to see them live again. And I feel so stupid to have doubted her.

Love this song. I did this song with my bad back in the day. Was always requested. This song was my dad's favorite I sang even as a teenager. I'm so glad he got to hear me sing it with my band before he passed. I decided to sing it at his funeral. Rip dad I love you. 6/3/36 to 12/29/2018.

Was thrilled to see the Crowes a couple days ago at Innings Fest in AZ. Had been 20 yrs and they brought their A game. Thank god they wrote this song so Lzzy & Mark would have the chance to interpret it in the best way possible. Absolutely nailed it (and then some)

Just amazing

Amazing. Got to see Lizzy sing many many times acoustically in our small hometown. She was always impressive singing over acoustic guitar. Most people hold back. Not her. I knew she would make it the very 1st time I saw her live. Some people have IT.

I commented on this when it was put up 6 months ago - loved it then but somehow love it even more now. Mark's playing is flawless and there are no words for how Lzzy delivers the incredible emotion the lyrics deserve. Chris & Rich Robinson crafted a timeless song but holy shit I think Mark & Lzzy made it even more powerful. Thank you Mark & Lzzy - two true talents who gave us this 5:28 of beauty

I don't know her personally, but damn the soul her Voice has is got to be an indicator of the beautiful soul within. God Bless you Lzzy, I can't wait to attend my first in person concert in 25 years. I am positive it is an experience that brings happiness even moreso in person than a recording.
