So I don't use this channel much anymore but I decided to keep these three videos up because I know how popular they got and would hate to delete the videos when I just don't use the channel anymore. Yeah I have a hard time with it two. However here's a small fact that might explain it. Apparently during those time it was actually very common for mothers to dress their daughters like little boys to disguise them from older men. So maybe that's why

That's the opposite of me. I thought she's a girl when I first see her then someone in the anime called her him so I thought she is a boy then someone spoiled it at the comment section. I will summarize Hyakkimaru in one sentence: He is a good boi

I know that it’s probably a joke about Hyakkimaru being a toddler mentally, but I think he’s actually very intelligent for his situation. After all if I had been born without my senses, limbs, and spine I don’t think I would fair well intelligently, where as Hyakkimaru learned how to speak in the small span of the show.

Most of us can't really visualize what Hyakkimaru is hearing when he got his ears, so just imagine that those ears are new born meaning they have ZERO DIRT OR GERMS so they're so clean, it seems like you have large speakers right beside your ears

As someone who has ADD, I actually understood what he was going through, imagine hearing everything all at once, and not being able to cancel all the non-important crap out. You basically notice every pin drop and whisper around you. In noisy environments it can get really distracting and even headache inducing.

Moe characters doesn't count because their cuteness its only based on its appearance, but Dororo its cute and adorable because she has a funny and cheerful personality, no matter how she looks

The _reason_ why Hyakkimaru is from my "anime crushes" list.

Even though it's not perfect, I like that hyakkimaru's progress in exploring his human body felt somewhat natural. He was curious and very flawed in basic things (like a toddler) and you could clearly see him grow over time. It's nice that that's not overlooked, as I often dislike how people instantly learn things for the sake of the plot in other series.

Am I the only one who thought the scene where he calls Jukai mama was one of the most emotional, wholesome scenes in anime ?

And this is really the reason why pulling a moral compas over his head isn't going to work XD

He's a toddler. A piercing toddler.

Hyakkimaru has 3 moms and 2 dads(saw on another comment): His bio mom-The one who still loved him even though he didn't have a body or any senses Jukai-The "mom" who raised him Dororo-The mom who had to babysit him Dads: Daigo-THAT b***h The blind old guy-he gave advice and was somewhat like a dad Others: Mio-Sister or GF Tahomaru-Forgiven but not forgotten brother.

He had that link voice for a moment.
