Do you know? The original manga of this anime is very old. Created by Osamu Tezuka in 1967-1969. He is called “The God of manga” in Japan. He is one of the great figures who established Japanese manga culture.

Just to help you guys out, here is some extra flavor info: 2:49 The Twelve Demons are known as the 12 Blood Moons of Kibutsuji Muzan. ^_^ 3:26 That lightning was from Upper Moon Four, Sekido 3:30 “Branded” … yep, and from this point on, he was known as Samurai X 7:41 “Sengoku?” The Sengoku 戦国時代 Period (translated as the Warring States Period) was when strong daimyo (samurai warlords) battled each other for territory, with the ultimate goal of being able to march to Kyoto and be declared Shogun. This was roughly around the 1400s to 1500s. The “ruling” shogun family of this time, the Ashikaga, held little power or control over the other samurai clans. It ended when the efforts of Oda Nobunaga, Toyotomi Hideyoshi, and Tokugawa Ieyasu unified much of Japan. This is also the period where the First Breathing Style, called Sun Breathing, was developed by a mysterious samurai with red hair and hanafuda-like earrings. 8:36 That little kid is named Kotetsu, and he was trying to sell the pots made by Upper Moon Five, Gyokko. Unfortunately, the pots were misshapen, so he didn’t make much money. Kotetsu later decided to try his hand at mechanical dolls or harsh sword training. 9:58 You gotta watch out… monkeys are known to throw their poop… 12:23 This thing later visits a certain bathhouse where Yubaba, Sen, and Haku work at.
