You've been told a lie, how can the Akwamu be ashanti when they came before them. When Dormaa was living in what is now ashanti region, the kunasi people were slaves to denkyriahene. Remember that. When the kwaaman formed together with the rest thats the only time they defeated both denkyriahene and Dormaa.
