i could hardly tell there was any spiciness when I try them.... but the fire noodle challenge noodles are my comfort food, they make nice midnight snacks

Don't they increase in heat? Here in England it goes like cheese, then mild heat, then medium heat, then high heat and finally super hot.

Emmy, i watch so many of your videos with my daughter (shes 2) that she now says itadakimasu before she eats anything. it is so cute! you are well loved in my home!

I'm not a fan of super spicy but these were mainly mouth heat, less throat heat. I thought they were delicious, little heat with a little respite while eating the regular ones. Fun.

I've tried them last year when I scene them on the shelf. They are so bomb and I hope I see them soon.

Yes, I remember your other Dorito videos, thank you very much... you don't have to remind me, because every single time I've watched them I get serious cravings :P I can only get the Norwegian version which is just called "tortilla chips" with cheese flavor. The store next to me used to sell the original Doritos, but I haven't seen them in a while... anyways, those are too boring. I really miss the cool ranch flavored ones that I got to try from the USA, they're my absolute fav!

They had these in the UK and they had chips of all different heat levels and some were killer!

I was thinking during chip number 2: "I'd watch Emmy eat that whole bag, not finding a single spicy chip.just cause I love to watch her!"

hello from Canada! yes, you can find these all the time! I always get these and we've tried to distinguish which is spicy and which isn't and there really isn't any way to tell!

A pizza company here in New Zealand called Hells Pizza did something similar with a special pizza you could order. All but one of the slices were normal. On one slice however they added chopped up jalapeño peppers hidden under the cheese. The problem with them all being in the same bag is some of the spicy coating could rub onto non-spicy ones beside them and the non-spicy coating could also get onto the spicy one cutting a little of the hotness. For those of us used to eating spicy foods, these kinds of challenges can be quite difficult to know if you lost or not as we are so used to the spice we hardly notice it a lot of the time. I bet that is why you had trouble telling what one was the real spicy one. To those not used to spicy foods it would be obvious, but not for those of us who love chili.

We have these in the UK. I'm sure if they ever stop selling them in the US, someone could send you a bag :)

I bought a bag of Doritos Roulette in the UK earlier this year. I don't know if the spicy ones were toned down for the average British "refined" palate, but all I felt with the hot ones was a bit of a tingle in my mouth. Then again, I was in the middle of a nasty bout of flu at the time, so maybe my taste buds were a little out of sorts too?

My family tried these we figured the spice was baked into the chip not anything todo with the cheese powder on top or they all would end up a bit spicy otherwise. So you wouldn't be able to tell which is spicy based on color of the powder.

We have the roulette ones in Japan as well, but with different flavors - not only the spicy ones. ^^

emmy, here in Brazil we had these for quite some time, and now we have the roulette 2.0, its 2 or 3 times spicier than the normal one.

ive seen the roulette flavour on several occasions here in Quebec, that said its been a little while since I last saw them. not sure if they are an all year round flavour or just occasional.

I remember eating these last year when I saw The Force Awakens and for the sake of science I wrote down some notes. About 1/4 of the bag was spicy. The flavor was most reminiscent of jalapeno. It wasn't too hot but after an entire bag I WAS reaching for water. BTW I live in NY and bought them at a 7/11

The crunch noise just make me want to buy a bag of Doritos.

Walmart has the roulette Doritos as well as Dollar General if you have one in you're area.

We have these in Brazil as well ;)

You can get them all year round in Ireland too

How many chips does it take to get to the spicy chip?

I got them where I live in Kentucky. But I couldn't tell the difference after like three chips because my tongue was fried.

We have these in the uk but they aren't limited addition here

I live in Toronto and I rarely see these chips at my local grocer :( . Not sure about other Canadian provinces/cities.

I live out in BC and I see them a lot however we don't have bagged milk!

I have bought these, but don't buy chips often so I don't know if we always have them in Canada. I tend to only buy Doritos at the dollar store because then it is two bucks for a big bag instead of five at the grocery store.

The whole concept is like eating Pimientos Padron. (small green peppers from Spain (unos pican y otros non - about 1 in 10)). We've had all kinds of theories. The large ones, the small ones, the pointy ones... But you can never tell. Like the idea!
