Noel, great video (and edit), plenty of info. I liked the line you played starting at 15:24, but there where plenty of others as well! It's real important to learn how to "chord punch" with your single note lines.

Great lesson and sick editing! What looper do you use and are the drums built-in?

Thanks! I was using the Boss RC-300. It does have drums built in, but I was using drums (pre-recorded into the looper via aux input) from the Drumgenius app on my phone.

Nice- then all the other chord types should be shown also for the: M7, V , m7b5. What’s the book you are using ? Also what are the scales between the chords - just Dorian ? thanks

Thanks. Yes, all Dorian in this video I think (it’s been a while). That’s from my book, “Voicing Modes” There are also sample shapes for Maj7, Dom7, mi7(b5) and others in that book.

Does your book give the frett numbers, because it's much harder to work them out without em

The chord diagrams I’m discussing here don’t have fret numbers. Just interval numbers. That way they are adaptable to all keys.
