Omg the clarinet is amazing but that dude playing the tuba is unstoppable, I can't imagine standing AND playing like that nonstop for hours

Woah i did not even realised she came in the same pitch as the crowd's cheer at 1:57. True legend!

@@lux5164 Transition everyone's ears. This is one of the world's best jazz clarinetists, I have absolutely no doubt she did that on purpose. Plus, that wasn't a real note persay. It would've been a strange choice considering the key otherwise.
You can always tell when someone is in love with the intrument that they are playing with, wish this group the best
How on earth can people walk by??? I'd be standing there, mesmerized with my jaw on the pavement.

As a local I assure you she is on another level
love the thumbs up after the clarinet note that never ends
That dude right behind her just smiling the entire time and vibing is great
The guy on the sousaphone killing it.
The lady says at the end "dont dance to 'hit the road jack', you gotta dance to this" then starts playing La veine rose Legendary
That's the difference between "making" music and " feeling" music. Thank You very much for this beautiful experience!❤️

My Lord, I just came across this woman. Amazing!
This is what makes America great. Not running around the planet making everyone's lives miserable.
Saw this fabulous lady and her man in New Orleans! Please come to Philadelphia, Doreen!!
I worked in the French Quarter and used to watch her play on that corner for years.
That clarinet skill level is off the scale!
Imagine seeing the giant weird bike and that not being the coolest thing you had seen that day

That's a moped lol I'm not sure if you might be from out of the US but it's heavily common here. It actually substitutes as a cheaper alternative to a car, and in a lot of states doesn't even require a license to drive. Now granted, that is one souped up moped lmao that doesn't look too cheap. Typically, they just don't go over like 50-60 mph, some even slower depending on how much you're willing to pay for it.

Her voice, deep, sweet, mellow hurt burnt sugar
Ok….HOW DO PEOPLE NOT STOP TO SEE THIS RAW TALENT???!!
Watching her makes me want to practice
holy shit. . . My kids playing clarinet in middle school, thought I would come on a look up some people shredding the instrument. . . Just holy shit. Always gets me seeing someone love music for the music.
Hard to tell where she stops and the clarinet begins. They're part of each other.
I feel like I'm gonna get an extra charge from my ISP for downloading such a heavy load of pure, raw and uncompressed talent. Doreen is a gem of a musician but everyone else here is shining with their own light too. 10/10
Pure New Orleans this is it
They DESERVE a big stage!
arguably better than the original
Just saw her while visiting NOLA last weekend- A-mazing !
Bravo...A true Mama Blues! May the "likes" bring the success you deserve!!! Blessed be...
The amount of control and breath support as well as like ability and talent is breathtaking!
La música es universal y hay en el mundo cientos de idiomas, en todos ellos el único comentario es que su música es preciosa, única y maravillosa. El clarinete y voz de Doreen y sus músicos acompañantes son increíblemente amenos!
I’m glad my name isn’t Jack so I can keep coming back ❤️❤️
It amazes me all the people just walking by. I would have to stop and listen to this wonderful music.

WHAT THEY GOTTA DANCE TO I WANNA HEAR
Look at how big those buckets are I have never seen nothing like that in Central Park New York. People would have their instrument cases out collecting change never a bucket.
My friend was watching over my shoulder and said, "[The trombonist] isn't playing the right notes. That's not even how that song goes!"... All I could do was tsk tsk him shamefully.
the guy at 2:30 with earphones doesn't know what he's missing :O
sousaphone man killed it
shake, shake, shake!
Hi, would you happen to know when Mrs. Ketchens plays?
I'm so messed up cuz i thought of shake by speed instantly when i heard this

Hey, you can't dance in a wedding dress to Hit the Road, Jack 😂
Not joking I play trumbone after a bit you can do it pretty well it doesn’t take so long I legit did it the first time I played.
