The front doors on this F-350 were hard to close thanks to the hinges being severely worn, and the door had to be lifted up to be able to close all the way. While this video is only 3 minutes long, be warned this job will take several hours to complete. There is an alternative way to replace the front hinges that involves removing the front fender panel, but either method you choose will be relatively difficult and time consuming.

Depending on the model, you may be able to replace the hinge pin and bushings without having to replace the entire hinge. However, if the door check-strap system doesn't hold the door open very well, replacing the entire hinge will fix that problem also.
