I can absolutely picture The Doomslayer smashing demon skulls in with a heavy metal guitar he constructed from all the demon corpses he was responsible for in the first place. When he's not smashing demon faces with that guitar, he's using it to play this to instill terror into his victims.

Very minor DOOM Eternal spoiler (nothing story-based, though, so it's fine): Hanging below a large demon skull on a wall in his Fortress of Doom, the Doom Slayer actually does have an electric guitar made out of demon flesh and bone. On the same wall, right next to it, hangs a Crucible-themed axe guitar with the body composed mostly of Argent energy, as well as a guitar that looks to be themed after the Slayer's own Praetor Suit (or at least the technological aesthetic is similar). I'm sorry, but I had to get it out there. In short, yes: The Doom Slayer probably does exactly what you think he does with that guitar.

I love how the demons are rocking with doomguy despite him killing them as well

You know that phrase "When there is no more room in Hell, the dead will walk the Earth"? After the Doom Slayer is done, I think it'll be COMPLETELY EMPTY. Imagine it: a serial killer ends up in Hell expecting eternal torment....but no demons are around. All there is is just empty plains and cliffs. The killer looks around. "Hello?", he says. "Is anyone there? Where's---" Suddenly, he hears something. It sounds like....muffled sobbing. It's Satan, the lord of ultimate evil, cowering in a corner against a wall. The killer is confused. Where's the punishment, the pain, the unending agony? Slowly, he walks up to the dark lord. "Um....Satan? You all right there....buddy?" He reaches out a hand, only for Satan to recoil in fear. "No...please...no more...." "What happened here?", the killer inquires. Satan looks up, bloody tears flowing down his cheeks. Through his quivering voice, he manages only a few words: "HE happened...the DOOM SLAYER...." Satan holds his face in his hands, and begins sobbing harder than ever before, his shoulders noticeably heaving. The killer looks around, wondering what kind of being could possibly reduce Hell itself to this. He looks back at Satan and pities him. Finally, he kneels down, and holds Satan in his arms, like a parent would a crying child. It is all he can do....
